We remodeled our home here in St. George. We bought top of the line appliances from Carpet Plus. I wanted to leave this review about a particular employee named Leah. I shared with her our dilemma about our washer machine stop working. I explained I called GE and they said it was out of warranty. I mentioned to her that we have two identical washers, and the one right next to it works fine. Leah went out of her way and said; “Let me see what I can do.”
Leah came through for us! She got us the part and they are going to install it. We are delighted with Carpets Plus and their commitment to excellence. I would definitely recommend shopping at Carpets Plus for all your home improvement projects.

Called Carpets Plus and spoke with Leah.
1. Our counter Wolf gas stove could easily move 1/4" in any direction.
Lincoln, (installer for Carpets Plus) came and secured it to the counter perfectly with proper brackets and is now secure!
Lincoln was kind and held the stove while I cleaned the edge of the counter where the stove would be placed.
2. Our dishwasher went out on us. Leah called a repair company for our particular model. Dave came out right away and will replace the part next week.
Their products and service are outstanding!!

Love this place! We are doing a complete renovation of our home and they have been great with all of it. We have bought different floor tiles and wood flooring and had them install it. It all went great and was done on time. I'm going back now for appliances, carpet, backsplash and shower tiles. Joe has been fabulous to work with there. He supervises and acts as a sort of a general contractor. It took the stress away. HUGE selection of everything, by the way. You name it.

This 5-star review is for Geneva, who was super helpful today! My husband and I are first-time buyers moving into a fixer upper with zero knowledge about flooring. She was so helpful and not pushy at all! She gave us so much good information and was just super friendly. We really appreciate when folks aren't pushy or condescending - it really made this visit a positive and enjoyable experience!

When I needed to replace my built-in microwave I got great help at Carpets plus. The fit is crucial, and Dave Sanderson helped me with the measurements that would work. I was able to put it in myself with all the help given and the right microwave. No other business would have been this precise or helpful in my selection. Thanks so much to Carpets Plus!

I normally don’t leave reviews but the customer service I received from Ryan at carpets plus was so amazing I felt it was necessary to share my experience. We just built a home in St George and our builder used carpets plus for flooring, tile, carpet, countertops, backsplash, and paint. Picking finishes for a home you cannot see is the worst part of the build. Ryan made it the best part of our build! He ordered samples he didn’t have, went through hundreds of samples to find things to match our super picky taste, even re ordered new flooring after our order delivered and was not what we wanted, not to mention he entertained my 5yr old and gave him flooring samples to take home every time we came in to the store. He did more to help us than I have ever experienced! He made the most difficult part of this build, our favorite part of the build! As a business owner I wish I could have multiple Ryan’s working for me! We will definitely be a life long customer of carpets plus as long as Ryan works there and will refer everyone we know to him!

The staff at this store is so extremely helpful! I came in worried I wouldn't get anything right and would end up hating my new house but right when I walked in I was greeted, offered help, and given a nice cold water. I had an employee with me offering her knowledge with me, as well as, answer any questions as they came to mind. This store has almost everything you'd need to build/remodel your home.They showed me the many options they had for me in my price range and never pressured me to pick something I didn't like. By the end of my visit, I had my carpet picked out, my granite selected, and had help with a designer to pull my ideas together. On top of carpet and tile, there was a section for faucets and cabinets! Overall I am extremely impressed with their selections, prices, and service. I definitely recommend coming here for those who want a one stop and shop!

I have worked with Carpets Plus for over a year with all of our clients and they are great to answer questions, come up with ideas, and have a vast amount of knowledge and product to make even our pickiest clients happy. Their staff is educated and quick to respond to any question or concern that may arise. We use them for all of our tile, carpet and appliances for our new construction and appreciate their dedication and skill. Thank you for advertising fireplace repair and maintenance. The remote control broke and it could not be repaired or replaced. For three years we had to operate it manually by removing the grate. No other fireplace company would fix the problem. (Alpine suggested we had to rip the entire unit out of the wall and just replace it. Yes, everything!) Robert Cardoza knew what to do, ordered the parts and took care of our problem within a week and a half! He was fantastic!

We recently bought a beautiful Karndean vinyl floor from Carpets Plus and put it through most of our home. We could not be more pleased with the result. Also, Carpets Plus has a very large selection of carpet, and various other vinyl, wood, and tile choices. The staff from sales floor to installation and customer support are so knowledgeable and could not have been better. We were treated so well and their work so neat and professional that we will return to Carpets Plus for future home needs without a doubt.

What an Experience!!! I had an Amazing Experience Overall when i entered i was greeted by a beautiful young girl Miriam she offered me a nice cold water and immediately Asked me what i wanted done and she helped me find the perfect gal Kristy, She helped me find the best carpet in-town i told her i wanted a Persian feel and she showed me exactly what i wanted, i do think if i was to go anywhere else i wouldn't have Received the same experience. Would recommend to anyone that is looking for a One Stop Shop.
