They took me on time and were prompt with the service.
The tech was curtious.
I will be bringing my Silverado there for service too.

many employees stare at you without asking if you need help other employees are standing around outside on their cell phone...
We had to walk all the way up to the actual building with three other employees staring at us before anyone asks if you need help or service when the vehicle was purchased from the location...

#wasting time ...don't pay them by the hour

Bought a 2017 vehicle here in October of 2023. We have taken it in 3 times since we purchased it. We are another $5000 deep on this vehicle in repairs and we’ve been using their services based on the warranty conditions. Warranty has covered nothing. They are nice but seems like a scam. 0 out of 10 would recommend. If I could go back in time I would have never done business with them.

Website says service department is open on Saturdays 7am-5pm. I show up on a Saturday, service department is close. I was told that no appointment is required and I can come on Monday. Showed up Monday at 4:30pm but was denied an oil change even though the website and building says they’re open until 6pm. Tons of false advertisement under new “ownership”

They were terrible, it took them 2 days to do a recall, they repeatedly lied to us about the part they were supposed to replace. Would not recommend!!!
