I love this store. They have beautiful, well-made shoes. The staff is nice, knowledgeable, and genuinely excited about what they're selling. It is my go-to store for a good pair of shoes.

Not that they have very good qulity and good looking shoes, but their staff and service is # one . Today I went there with a problem and omg they did solve it in a very pleasent way. There is a young very good looking lady who has been working there for a long time and is very pleasent and helpful.

Staff is outstanding and very knowledgeable about shoes, boots, bags and accessories. Wonderful selection. Best footwear store in the East Bay by far.

Affordable flats and slip ons perfect for business and business casual. Cashmere socks around forty dollars.

I felt like I wasn't appreciated as potential a customer.
So, I walked out.

BEWARE: You cannot get a refund here–only store credit. Will be going back to Nordstrom's or Zappo's. The store should make this policy clear ahead of purchase to avoid this kind of customer irritation.
