Was looking for a high quality, stylish yet athletic and functional swimsuit and came here for the first time. I ended up finding the perfect suit for laps, and got one of their new overall jumpers, which is the lightest piece of clothing I have ever worn. Never realized how heavy my clothes were until wearing it in the heat today. I don’t buy brand new clothes often and am very impressed with the construction/quality!

I've visited Title Nine twice and done some phone orders. Every time I shop with them my clothing world is revolutionized. I first came to them looking to donate used sports bras (they are one of the few places that accept donations of that kind!) and to look for a pair of running shorts that wouldn't chafe (having struck out on Athleta and Nike) and found the perfect fit, and when 8 months later the zipper mysteriously busted on one of the shorts I was able to exchange them easily for a new pair. That first visit I was helped by Patti who was very knowledgeable about Title Nine's amazing uplifting programming and the store's offering. Today I went in to exchange that pair of shorts and came away with two new sports bras. Shopping for sports bras is very hard for me as a 30/32 H but Patti was there with support and expert advice about which bands ran small and thus might be a better fit for me. I'm feeling supported by her expertise and the 360 return policy so that if the bras don't work out I'm not bankrupted (technical sports bras are expensive!). Patti was so helpful, warm, and knowledgeable.

First time at this store. I purchased online a top that didn't fit. The sales rep. found a larger size at another store and had it shipped to my house. The experience was seamless. Excellent customer service.

Super helpful staff; they're quick to help you find your sizing etc. They keep the store well organized and tidy. Both times they didn't have what I needed in stock they knew where else to look for it.
