Pilot Travel Center

My brother and I pulled into the Pilot to get gas while on a road trip when we realized we had a flat tire on our truck. My brother didn’t have any of his tire change kit in the truck and we thought we were screwed. Well lo and behold TOBY, CHASE, and KORBIN. These guys absolutely saved the day for us by lending us their personal tools from their own cars and making sure we were able to get the spare on there and make sure it was all aired up (all while being really cool and honestly pretty chill ngl). Top notch customer service.

Real big place. It’s brand new and it has MASSIVE Showers. 2 washers 4 dryers. There’s an Arby’s and a Cinnabon inside and a couple of restaurants near by. Restrooms are pretty clean so no complaints there and staff seems to be courteous and friendly. A lot of fueling lanes not to many spots for overnight parking but there’s also a loves next door for extra parking. I definitely recommend stopping here. Let’s keep this place nice and clean.

Always a nice spot to stop for fuel and food. Facilities are always nice and clean.

Showers were super clean and nice, luckily we were able to purchase reserved parking. It was a little tight getting in with the semi with there being a full lot, but no big deal. Store looked clean and well managed.

The staff here are fantastic.
I'm getting tired of having to pay for reserve parking every pilot or flying J down on the west coast and having a smoker parked beside me. I guess Ill just continue being uncomfortable, itchy, and weezy while I pay for discomfort.

It's ridiculous that up north you can't smoke near business doorways and most companies banned smoking in their trucks but I have trucks parked basically inside mine in paid parking smoking in my face.
Your addiction shouldn't be my problem.
This is why I honestly don't want to give these companies my money hut why exactly do I get to suffer without food washrooms or showers for a smokers benefit?

As a truck driver I appreciate these showers SO much! Very large showers with 2 heads. I believe they are all handicap stalls not positive. Nice and clean inside and out. Will mark this as a favorite and will stop everytime I am in the area!

Fantastic shower (#3)! For as many trucks as come through here, it’s clean and the service is fast and friendly. Free internet inside too!

I live there coffee and loves restrooms for men are closed besides one stall in back so stop here cuz if u gotta go u gotta wait the guy who worked there today was super helpful super nice and extremely chipper he was a breath of fresh air he seemed to be happy and like his job he definitely needs a kudos from his boss and a raise don't know his name but Curly hair almost mom and glasses I think

Shower 3 was huge!!! Great for me and the wife. Teams that are in a hurry may find it helpful too. Great location, nice staff and good soda selection. Has laundry also.

I've been driving 17 years and thus shower for a pilot truck stop is very nice I must say and very roomie and driver and co worker can be rude but respect goes along way

The first New Pilot travel centre I visites that met my expectations. Fuel pit are new and clean and the new keyboard system at the pump seems to work better than the old one. Showers are great and warm. For the first Time, WiFi Works very well! Arby's served at this location.
I'll go back at this place for sûre.
