Kristi and Sheryl and the rest of their team are amazing! Super patient and will help guide you to the policy and outcome that works best for you! They have constantly gone above and beyond to assist me whenever requested. It is hard finding a company who cares so much and Im very thankful these ladies are in Livermore! 10/10 Would recommend them if you are wanting a more personalized experience!

The women who work in this office are great. They are kind and they do their best to remember things about you and your family, they also will joke around with you as well. If I have any questions or concerns instead of calling the 800 number I'll call the office and they do their absence best to make sure every concerns or questions I have are answered and dealt with. Now most of my family uses this office even if they live in different cities.

Everyone in Kirsti's office that I have personally dealt with are amazing people. They take the time to get to know you and are always willing to help in any way they can. I have been going through Kristi and her office for over a decade plus and I will continue going through Kristi's office.

Insurance companies are just that but an agent that cares, takes the time and can guide you and be on your side is what you're getting with Kristi and her team. You pick insurance by price but what you get in this woman as your agent is priceless!
