I’ve dealt with many insurances, but can positively say I’ve had such an amazing experience with State Farm. I am very pleased with the services provided by my insurance agent Kendra. She always answers questions and updates you in a timely matter. I appreciate the fact that she genuinely cares about helping you out, considering she has gotten back to me outside of her working office hours.

Katie Brazil has been our agent for many years and we always get great service. She is very responsive to emails and calls, answering all of our questions in a professional manner. We would highly recommend Katie for all insurance needs that you may have.

I live State Farm. Every time I have a question or an issue, someone picks up the phone and helps me with it. We have used them for over 20 years, and I have never had anything but great interactions. I highly recommend!

I had a crack in my windshield. I called and DeDe immediately pulled me up on the system and proceeder to take care of getting my issue resolved. I’m already scheduled for Safelite to replace my windshield next week.
It was a seamless experience and DeDe was also warm and friendly.

I requested to change my liability online for my auto insurance. I got a call from Dede a few days later. Understanding auto insurance can be confusing, but Dede was able to walk me through/thoroughly explain each liability coverage and how it would change my rate, as well as answer any questions I may have. Dede has helped me in the past and each time has been more then helpful.

Jessica with State Farm is such a sweet person. She goes above and beyond to make sure all your needs are met! I have gone through her for my autu insurance, renters insurance, and now my dirt bike and motorcycle insurance. Each time she has made sure to get me the best deal and take care of getting it over to my loan company.

I was so pleased with her work that I had my brother switch his insurance over to her as well. She gladly took the reins and got him set up.
