I’ve always had a great experience in this store. i recently went in to puickbuo an online order and make an exchange, and I was helped by Kai & Alyna. They were super friendly and helpful. In the changing retail environment, I find that this isn’t always the case. In addition, I really like Fabletics workout gear. It’s comfortable, durable, and better priced than its competitors. I didn’t think I could be converted from Lulu, Athleta, Ali, etc…but I am. Keep up the awesome customer service. It really makes a difference!

I actually had a really great experience in this actual location. The store did have a line because they were limiting the number of people so that was a little annoying but the girl that helped me was super nice. The store was clean and the girls were willing to help! I bought two pairs of leggings and signed up for the membership and so far the leggings are my absolute favorite!! Love this store and the staff. Really great experience!

I bought online . But the material and color is not what I like. So I exchanged that item with the one from store. No problem at all . Smooth and easy . They are friendly. I found bad reviews about complaint about the material and bla bla . It’s the customer responsibility to get the right material for themselves.
Fabletics has different level of support and different kind of material depending on how you gonna use it . Need to choose right material for right activity. If not it will rip .For me fabletics is the best leggings I’ve owned in my life . I avoid mesh . Mesh will rip if you do strong exercise . It’s pretty but will not last long .

I have been purchasing these leggings for over a year on their website and all of them are still in great condition. There is only one pair I found I wasn't happy with. I love all the others. I have also tried their sports bras and jackets. They hold me in so I look good and I get lots of compliments on them. Not sure what the negative comments come from but one big positive is I am not paying a hundred bucks for something I am going to sweat in. I am also a member of their rewards.

I just signed up for the VIP Membership. I bought leggings for myself and my daughter. I will see how things go with the membership. I will put another review through, after I see how this works and how I like the leggings. I did notice that the owner writes back to the people with bad reviews the same message every time. Would be nice if the messages were more personalized

My husband and I shopped at the Stoneridge mall store first week of November and we liked the products/ layout and sales associates helpfulness.
He bought a blue sweatpants and after 3-4 wears we washed it and it shrunk 2 inches from the length.
I finally found my receipt and called the store to inform them that the pants can’t be worn publicly due to being so short and the instructions did not mention to not put in dryer.
She said there is nothing she can do because we washed it- and that if asked they usually verbally tell customers not to put in dryer on high heat. That sounds ridiculous since many customers follow the instructions on the garment and the pants did not say to nor put in dryer due to shrinkage.
I liked the store prior to this negative experience and will not shop here again.

The girl inside this Pleasanton mall location is VERY rude. Wanted to buy shorts but decided not to simply based off the way she acted. She lost you a sale ☹

Product is decent quality but not worth the full price. About two pairs of shorts and signed up for the VIP membership to get the discount they sent me the shorts they were too small so I initiated an exchange return the original shorts I purchased. But the company never sent me the larger shorts after a month of waiting I finally contacted customer support. Customer support pulled up the order and said sorry we just haven't shipped them. She went to ship the order and said that product is no longer in stock. then she said you'll get a store credit in 7 to 10 days and ended the chat session. so not only can I not buy what I wanted to originally buy they didn't give you my money back. Buyer beware of this joke of a company. I mean you sell clothes it's not that hard.

If I could give them 0 stars I would! I have never been treated so horribly as a customer in my entire experience as a consumer. Had stopped being a VIP member for over a year decided to give them a second chance only to be treated worse then my 1st time around. Just spent over 2 hours and countless days on the phone with different representatives trying to resolve an issue only to get nowhere. Was informed after 2 and a 1/2 hour conversation that my information had landed in be back office system and I will no longer be allowed to be a customer. I'm sorry but their quality of items is not worth the price or the experience that I just went through. Definitely learned my lesson the 2nd time around, now I can finally close that door for good. There are plenty of upcoming brands that offer the same service with out the HORRIBLE customer service. Oh and just an FYI...even if you request to close your account and for them to delete all of YOUR information they will NOT do so they will close and deactivate but will continue to have your information in their system as a way to set off an alert on their back end like if you are some type of criminal. STEER CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY!!
