I’d like to thank Amanda who not just rang me up at the register but really sparked conversation on what else I could use. I came in to get a replacement jar of my Age Defender face cream. Amanda looked up my account and let me know I had points to redeem (essentially cash) and I l ended up getting a vitamin c retinal that was on my Christmas list but nobody got me. I had tried this with my last set of samples and found out a whole bunch of my beautiful friends use this too!

She then engaged on things I haven’t tried and threw in a few samples. I have a routine and have made slight changes. I’ve been with Kiehl’s since visiting their flagship in New York City over 13 years ago. I let nothing else touch my face!

Although the hours have changed in the area I’m glad I found time to visit, I don’t think I would have gotten this excellent experience online. This is one of the only brick and mortar stores in the Bay Area. I used to go to Valley Fair but those doors have closed.

Absolutely the best Customer Service I have ever received. A huge shout out to Ms. Parysh for helping untangle the mess I made of my on-line order. I called the store and explained what happened when ordered online, and that I would be in the following day to pick up my products. She remembered our conversation and personally took charge of making it right. I can't thank her enough!

I hadn't been to this location in a while. I went in to just grab one or two things and the friendliness and pressure-free attitude of the employees that we're working just now had me getting more than what I needed. I loved the atmosphere they had and even though there were only 3 employees at the time they all greeted me and the person who rang me up was amazing and explained the products very well without saying too much.

Such amazing and friendly service in this pleasant and immaculately clean little store. The products are EXCELLENT. Ask any of the friendly and knowledgeable staff for recommendations to address your specific concern. They gotchu!

The folks who work here are above and beyond helpful. They’ve even offered curb-side delivery during sales... really a bonus since parking nearby can be hard to find.

Had the best experience here. Couldn't find parking anywhere so called and the lady ran out the face wash I was looking for! So considerate and made getting their product easy. Will definitely be back.

Found exactly what I needed. Parish and Sandy are a ton of help and have such warm, welcoming personalities. If you need help finding anything, I recommend speaking to either of them!

Friendly staff and clean well stocked store. Lots of street parking and a lot nearby. Located on the corner of Hearst and Fourth with lots of other little stores on the shady street.
