April was amazing. She guided us through picking out a perfect bed. She was very knowledgeable and got us to try different types of firmness until we were happy. She gave us great customer service and we are very happy with our purchase.

Really great experience with Zach. He was super helpful, attentive to my specific needs, and really lived up to the "sleep expert" label on his uniform. I also appreciated that he didn't try to upsell me on things I didn't need — it was all about getting me the best sleep possible at a fair price. 5 stars doesn't do him justice.

I worked with Jay at the Emeryville Mattress Firm location and he was awesome! He is super knowledgeable about all types of mattresses and helped me narrow down my options. He was able to explain to me how to try out different mattresses so that I could tell what my body really liked. When I tried to try too many he’s explain why that would mess with what I thought I’d want and isn't the proper way to test mattresses out. I’d never experienced such a positive mattress shopping experience and ultimately was able to make a purchase with him!

Awesome experience at the Matress Firm on Shattuck Ave in Berkeley! Carlos was very informative on the products they were selling in the store and helped us pick the perfect Matress and pillows! He was super helpful, quick and it was great working with him! 100% recommend !

I’m really satisfied with the selection of mattresses and the customer service. I bought my mattress from the Berkeley location on Shattuck. Zach is the best sales rep. Very personal and helpful. Feels like a friend helping you out, rather than a sales person. I would definitely recommend seeing him if looking for a good quality mattress. I ended up exchanging the first mattress I bought and he made the process really easy.

I had heard good things about service at the Berkeley Matress Firm and wasn’t disappointed. Despite Zach having to take down and put back multiple mattresses for me to try he was pleasant and provided good information for my decision. Thanks to Jay for taking my order over the phone the next day when I had made my decision - love that MatressFirm sends a link for me to enter my payment information privately. You guys were great!

Zack and Cynthia helped us get an amazing price on a king sized bed for our new house. I went in with a budget that was tight, and Zack worked to find a way we could have a great-looking, well-made frame and the kind of mattress set we wanted. I shopped around after getting a quote, and no other place came close to the price we got. When we went back a week later to buy the bed, Cynthia was working instead, and she was able to look up the deal we'd been quoted, and made sure the price was honored.

The bed was delivered the next day, on a Sunday no less. The delivery window was short, so we didn't have to wait around all day. When the truck arrived, Joey and Victor, the delivery men, got the bed set up and assembled where we wanted, even trying a couple different spots to get it right.

The delivery men's professionalism showed everywhere, from their uniforms to the cloth shoe covers they used inside the house to keep the floors clean. They even had a little "red carpet" to protect the doorway. They were friendly, professional, and quick. Top notch!

I'd buy another bed from Mattress Discounters any day.

We bought a nice plush mattress today from Zachary at Mattress Firm. We had purchased a mattress here before and loved the product and service. We were not disappointed this time as well. I head a wonderful and stress free experience with Jack at Mattress Firm in Berkeley. On my first visit, I explained the mattress I was looking for, the set up of my room and my budget. Jack recommended a less expensive version and explained the sale options. We talked about my concerns with the heat and the foam. Jack walked me through my options.

On my second visit, I came in ready to buy. Jack and I reference the notes, with pricing, that he gave me on my last visit. A new sale got me another discount andI left feeling informed and successful. I'm two weeks into my new bed and I couldn't be happier.

When I went in my eyes stuck out with the price tags. But Tavian understood and got me a decent mattress for what I intended to spend. No high pressure and he quickly had me on my way with the mattress to be delivered at my convenience

I was thrilled to purchase a bed frame. The sales person was very pleasant and gave me information about the warranty which was wonderful. When we are ready to purchase mattresses we will definitely start with Mattress Firm.

I called ahead to make sure they have bed frames in stock. The gentleman I spoke with told me of the two kinds that they had that I was interested in and their prices. When I got there he remembered who I was wet and got the frame I had requested an additional he walked out to my car. We were both wearing masks the store was very clean. It was a very pleasant transaction

Borris helped us out today and he was absolutely fantastic! He took some time to see exactly what we were looking for and helped us find the perfect mattress! Really payed attention to all of our needs and had a smile the entire time! He was GREAT! Defiantly would recommend him to everyone!!!
