Star chaat Cuisine is a fancy place for food. Specially, Indian food food and their food is very good it has a lot of flavor and the atmosphere was looking good. It had a lot of tables and two different bathroom areas one in the back. and one in the front they were good bathrooms they were clean. They had all the stuff like soap and paper towels ready filled up. it was a very busy place. The service was very good. The employees were nice and the food came quickly.

I went on Mother's Day, so it was very busy. There was a 25-minute wait, but it was worth it because the food was very good. I went with 5 people. They had a special Mother's Day Thali and also rose lassi. The food was presented well and the taste was also very good. Spent ~100$

Definitely our favorite Indian spot in town! We come here at least once every other week.
Food: every dish we’ve ordered have been delicious! They come out hot and they’re so flavorful and fresh. We’ve been to other chaat places but they don’t taste the same. We always order from their monthly specials menu and they constantly innovate and create new combinations of dishes; it’s always fun to try! There can be a wait after 7pm and around 1:30pm.

Service: excellent service, friendly staff and very attentive
Atmosphere: chill, casual, almost always busy, everyone takes their time to enjoy the food

AMAZING food! I'm a Chaat food noob but I love it! I stumbled across Star Chaat Cuisine while a co-worker and I were looking for something different. I'm glad we picked this place as its a hidden gem.

First off, if you love vegetarian cuisine with robust flavor this s your jam! I chose the Aloo Mattar and it didn't disappoint! The potatoes and peas in warm onion sauce was a nice blend of textures, spices and stew-like broth. My friend ordered the Chili Paneer and that was amazing as well! It had peppers, chili cubed cheese and a nice level of heat to it.

Speaking of, the waiter asked what level of heat you prefer and that's a nice touch as some like it hotter than others.

We topped it off with fresh Naan (which was equally amazing, nothing like fresh naan!) and a side of jasmine rice. All you can ask for!

But there's more! The service here was excellent too. Super attentive and very fast! I was actually surprised how quick it was.

Lastly the restaurant is clean. The seating and table surfaces are all clean and presentable. There were a couple boxes here and there which led me to believe it was a new place or they just got a large delivery. I went on a wet day and I found the floor to be a little slick so if you go on a soggy day watch out for that.

With all that said ad done I can't wait to go back for some Vindaloo or Paneer!

The restaurant on Saturday night was very crowded and waiting for 40 mins but finally got the table. The food was pretty good, hot dog, Manchurian and chow mein was the best. Malai kofta and Naan was also good.

We came here on a Sunday afternoon around 2:30pm and had a nice dining experience. Chole-bhature were 'approved' by the 3 who ordered them.
Pav-bhaji was good as well. "Star Chaat Special" burger was okay, the fries that came with it were good. Overall all the food options were good. Will definitely be here next time when am in this area.

Amazing service and food! We used Star Chaat as our wedding caterer and they were the best to work with. They have a wide variety of food options (as seen in the pics) which worked perfectly for our fusion wedding. They worked with us months leading up to the wedding to finalize the menu, quotes, and other small details. On the day of, they made sure everything was set up and ready to go and cleaned up after the event was over. We also heard nothing but amazing things about the food itself.
They made this part of the wedding planning process very stress free.
Highlight recommend them as a caterer for any event, big or small!

The food is always delicious. Attentive and friendly staff, quick service. Lively atmosphere, good music. Indoor lighting is dim - that's why I gave Atmosphere 4 stars. Photos are of Dahi Aloo Sev Puri and Papdi Masala Chaat.

I don’t know how anyone could give this less than five stars. The food is so good, and has so many authentic Indian dishes that your average garlic naan/tikka masala Indian buffet kind of place just won’t have. Every time I come to Pleasanton or Dublin, I always make a stop here! After visiting India, I really haven’t had any restaurant in the US that took me back to India. Until I went here. The last time I was here I had a chaat, okra masa, pani puri, and a thali - all amazing. Highly highly recommended! Try the real deal here! The only thing I could criticize is that they don’t have a location in Oakland, where I live!

Wow! A vegetarian oasis for all vegan and vegetarians. The service was amazing, the food was delicious and the vibe is extremely chill and friendly. I got the spicy paneer wrap and my partner got the rice + aloo (bangan). I’ll def try their Hyderabadi Beryani next time I am around, totally recommend it for anyone who stops by Dublin for lunch/dinner. GET THAT CHAI!

This restaurant is hidden between Regal Cinema and Five Guys. It is nice casual spot to enjoy Indian foods - chaats and North Indian foods. We had then Channa Bhatura, paneer tandoor tikka, Papdi Chaat and Desi Chai. All nice and flavorful. The service was fast and friendly. They also sell mitha paan. Yup.. give this spot a shot. You might enjoy a decent meal in a welcoming ambiance.

Located near the Hacienda Theaters, fantastic Indian cuisine! Lots of indoor seating, and they cater to large parties and families (recommend calling in advance). Delicious Star Chaat Thali: papadum with 8 dipping sauces! I also loved their saag paneer: spinach with garlic and cheese cubes. Their pot pea samosas have a crispy shell and delicious filling. I believe that every dish was vegetarian!

Delicious food, swift service, and an excellent family-friendly experience, all at an affordable price! During our trip from Arnold back to the Bay Area, we stumbled upon Star Chaat Cuisine in Dublin based on Yelp/Google reviews. The food arrived promptly, pleasing our taste buds with every bite. Reasonable prices for generous portions, and they effortlessly accommodated our large family with kids. The service was top-notch, kid-friendly, and the manager/owner was exceptionally courteous, enhancing our overall experience. Highly recommend, especially for families, and we'll definitely be returning!

Delicious Indian food. Chaat items and curries tasted good. Their naan is also nice and soft. Service is fast and staff is friendly. They play classic Bollywood songs in background!

Delicious, and reasonable Indian food. Veggie only and they make their own paneer and yogurt. Do not miss.

Paneer Makhani, Saag Paneer, and the best Baigan Bharta (eggplant) I’ve had in a long long time.

Fresh tandoori roti is very good. Note, their basmati was a bit longer and fatter than I usually like.

Leftovers were still really good.

Gave the Staar chat another try as I liked the food there last time. Got a lot better seats this time. I tried their monthly special Methi malai matar paneer which was great.

Review from first visit:
Visited Staar Chaat for dinner with friends (a group of 8) on the weekend and had to wait around 40 minutes after getting there. The seating was very cramped on one side of our table and we did not have an option to move to another table as the restaurant was packed.

Coming to the food:
- Paneer Makhani and Lasuni Palak were great and would recommend them.
- Chaat basket, Malai kofta, Spring rolls, Garlic Naan, and Paneer Paratha were good.
- Green veg paratha was ok and the Faluda Kulfi was not good. Would avoid both.

Overall the food was good, portion sizes were small and slightly expensive.

Very tasty, yummy food.their service was very good..staff was nice and kind. Their makki ki roti and sang was awesome and they offer soup too that was delicious, actually I will say whatever we ordered it was very tasty.

We ordered Amritsari Nan and Cholle! It was good crispy and amazing cholle (garbanzo beans). We were with our child and he was sleeping, they accommodated us as per our needs, loved the coordination and support of your team. Food came in perfect time. Every bite was delicious. They came to check if everything was fine. Thank you for turning our lunch time to a beautiful time. Highly recommend and will be back for sure.

We went there for family dinner. We ordered pani puri, schezwan noodles , veg manchurian gravy & haryali kebab. Everything was amazing in taste and quantity was decent. Perfect for 3 people when sharing. We ordered Faluda kulfi and gulab jamun for dessert. That was nice too! The service was very quick and responsive. Ambiance was decent. Definitely coming back!
