I started going to Crystal because of hip problems. She gave me exercises to do each day to alleviate the pain and strengthen my hips. The pain was gone in a couple of weeks! I am now doing exercises to strengthen my whole body. I love Crystal. She makes the workouts fun because of her vibrant personality. I recommend her to everyone I know.

Crystal is more than a “trainer” that just has you move your body. Crystal teaches you exactly how to retrain your daily habits through a step by step program. Not only does she create a unique program specific to your needs, she has provided a DIY interactive program through a convenient app that you can use right on your phone or laptop. Given the amount of times we breathe through the day, it makes sense to spend more time thinking about it and understanding it, and its connection to our movement. Although this seems obvious, I realized I never thought about it much until working with Crystal. Skeptical at first, I began to get more comfortable with the idea of spending time on this because Crystal was making connections on some of my daily challenges of aches and pains that can be quite limiting. She made connections that I felt my primary caregiver and other health practitioners overlooked. Her ability to listen to me and be prepared is a result of her passion for this. I have begun to implement some of the foundational pieces of breathing and posture in my daily life, this has started to relieve my body of tension and aches and charged me to make other changes in my life.

I contacted crystal to help me with pain and discomfort in my third trimester of pregnancy. I wish I would have contacted with her earlier on. She really helped with my discomforts and helped me understand and become more aware of my body and breath. I highly recommend her!
