Forgot to write about this but here I am to thank one of the best sales people I have ever met Gustavo Siordia Silveira!!! That day I planned to buy a birthday gift for my friend and I thought I will spend at least 200, after all, this kind of store is not cheap but end up spent less than that. I entered the store and I saw a silk scarf and a card holder while I find it hard to decide which one, this amazing good sales came to tell me each discounts and prices. I finally chose the silk scarf and he after knowing that it is a gift, and gave me careful and pretty packaging. I'm not being treated differently because I didn't spend a lot of money and I really appreciate having such a great experience! Definitely will come again!

It was my first time going to a Versace Outlet. The staffs are very friendly and kind. Especially, the lady Marcy C, helped us to find a nice red quilted tote bag and a red wallet to our mom for a new year present. Highly recommended to Marcy C at this store. She will make you happy with a really nice bag.

One of the best in customer service, OTA or TEY - this guy will go to extra length to find what I was looking for, he checked all stores for me n even call to see if they have item on stock so it can be charge send to me. For me he is great, awesome job
