Submitted my Passport application with Kelly here. She is fantastic! Friendly, efficient, and informative! Worth the drive for service (especially since Yakima USPS is just the absolute worst in all aspects of service, friendliness, and knowledge).

The quality of help depends on the clerk! Sean, is, and has always been, a provider of Excellent Customer Service!
They do not however, answer the telephone, necessitating, an in person visit! Calling the 800 number, and e-mailing, however, go without responses!

The staff here is very helpful. I've seen the workers walk people's packages out to the car when they are too heavy for them. They also tell people exactly where they can go to get what they need. That's so different than other places who say, "I don't know that's not my job." If you're holding a UPS package they'll notice and call you out before you wait 10-15 minutes in line to find out.

I've also witnessed them handle customers yelling and screaming at their faces for something outside of their control. Rather than lose their composure they let the person erupt for 5-15 minutes and then tell them the proper procedure to have their problem resolved.

It's important to note that, though they all represent the same company, there are different groups within the company that perform different functions. The people who work behind the counter are different and separated from the people who deliver the mail. If you have a crappy Mail Carrier, then insulting the USPS location doesn't help you.

Wasn’t home when they attempted to deliver my package. Requested a redelivery online but unfortunately it didn’t work. I had to go pick it up from the post office, which wasn’t a big deal. They left a voice mail apologizing about this which I thought was very nice.

This is one of the best post offices I have ever come across. The hard hours they work to make sure everyone’s package is delivered on time is greatly appreciated. I hope that people realize they are a mailmen not packagemen with all the package reviews I’ve come across👀

The staff are Very nice.I went to get a passport. They advised me and helped me through the process, advised me to expedite passport and I got it in 3 weeks. The lady that processed my application is very nice and Professional.

Drove there from Puyallup to apply for passports with the fam (family of 5) and Kelley (hope i spelled your name right😁) was awesome!! She helped us and the whole process was smooth. She made it fun and we were so comfortable. All though there was a line of people coming and going we felt like we were the only ones there, Thank You Kelley!!!

My rural carrier, Ken, does a great job. He works long hours and gets my mail right. I know he puts in about 60 hours+ a week. Thank You for all you do!

Called from NJ to track a package at the local post office. Super friendly and followed up with a return call the same day explaining the details. Awesome job !!

Every time I come to this office people are always friendly and work hard. Every mail person on their routes always waves and tries their best. I don't know why they are given such low marks but I appreciate you guys!
