Bought a pair of boots that the recipient didn't like , so I returned them , no problem .great staff in there .

I took some boots and shoes in to Pats Shoe Repair in Diamond W. All were in very bad shape. I am so HAPPY with the repair work! I also received great service when I initially took everything in and great service when I went in to pick them up. Very helpful and very nice.

Honestly love their customer service. Will be going here instead of boot barn from now on. They can order special sizes and keep more clothing in stock.

Both employees were super. I bought a suit there and really like it.. the only thing I didn't care for was for the amount of money I spent they were going to charge me to alter my pants,I think they would do it for free for the amount of money I spent.

Great place to go to get a nice hat, got ours shaped within an hour. And awesome customer service. Love the clothing there too.

Two young ladies were very helpful, they worked as a team and helped me find a nice pair of slippers for my wife. Even shared with me that the particular brand ran small and recommended I go one size up. They approached me, guided me, made suggestions and I was in and out.

The staff knows everything you need to, happy to help and patient. Preston even reshaped my new hat after I mentioned liking the brim on a different model. No point trying boot barn or anywhere else, they have the selection snd expertise here.
