Concord Dental & Orthodontics

I have been coming here 2-3 years now, the doctors and assistants always made me feel comfortable. I had couple cavities I was a little nerves about the numbing part but let me tell you they use a really good topical anesthetic and I didn’t feel the needle at all. I highly recommend this dental office to anyone who is terrified of needles it’s pain less here.

I had my first appointment with Concord Dental this week. I had an awesome experience from the time I walked thru the front door until I exit the office. The staff is very friendly and the dentist was amazing. The dentist took the time to explain exactly what was happening with my teeth and how soon any issue needed to be addressed. I left with a smile on my face. I totally was not expecting how well I was greeted and cared for. Looking forward to my next visit. Thank you!

What a friendly place from when you enter to you walk out! Everything was explained to me including images. I was so impressed by each person and how pleasant they treated my family. They were looked at every thing gum health, mouth and tongue as well as the teeth.

One of the best dental offices I have been to. Dr.Shergill really takes her time to make sure you understand everything before they go forward with treatment. It doesn't stop there Jazmin the Treatment Coordinator is amazing and will work with you when it comes to prices! 5 stars is not enough when it comes to this office and the team.

My first visit there was excellent. The staff was very professional and helpful. I would recommend it to other people if you need dental work to go there.

My favorite dental spot go to! The entire staff is super amazing and they offer great pricing too! Would highly recommend you to give them a chance. I don’t live in concord, but always willing to make the drive to come visit! My Invisalign was also done at a phenomenal price! Thank you again guys! You’re the best!

First appt in a while to a dentist and they gave me no hard times at all. Super nice , love the dentist I have with them and they don't cause any unnecessary pain.

I was taken care of by Dr. Palan. After the procedure i was given pain medication but the procedure was so smooth, I don’t think i would need any medication. I could feel I am in professional hands. The knowledge and professionalism of Dr. Palan was on another level. Thank you

Liz is amazing. She is the reason that I continue to go to this facility because she takes extra special care of me and answers all my questions and does all the research for me. They are lucky to have an employee like Liz.

Clean, friendly, professional. A friend of mine who has had horrible dental office experiences recommended this place to me saying that the dentist there never cuts her gums or gives her a hard time for needing patience during cleanings. The customer service/patient care here is unmatched to any other office I've been to. They are so down to earth but beyond knowledgeable and helpful. Dr Shergill is amazing! And the office manager Sarah.....she is a saint!! They also have great deals on Invisalign treatment. This is my 3rd time going through ortho treatment and I wish I would have started here with Dr Shergill! She has made sure to address and correct all the concerns I was having about past treatments and has made this process so pleasant. I highly recommend giving the office a call and switching dentist.

First time going into the dentist and having a great time with the staff. Very friendly and takes the time to get to know you. The Dr. took her time explaining everything to me with reasonings behind recommendations. Found a new dental home!

I felt so welcome here. Sarah was great and Doc was absolutely amazing. I felt like she assessed my needs with care and she referred me to the appropriate office where I could receive the treatment that’s special for me. 10/10 recommend.

Dr. Cheema and her staff are very professional and courteous. She explained everything thoroughly and advise me on my future needs. Her office is very clean and would definitely recommend it to anyone. I will definitely bring my kids next time.
