Barnett Plumbing replaced my water heater today and I am so pleased. Punctual and efficient, the quote was explained well and the work was reviewed in a way that made sense. Options for size and warranty were shared as well. No one plans for having an issue but having the type of service that Barnett provided reduced the stress. Jesse T. was awesome. Very personable and well spoken. Am really happy with the replacement! Use them. They are great.

We hired Barnett Plumbing to replace our water heater. Their customer service rep Lee was pleasant to talk to and patiently answered our questions on the service contract they quoted us.
Technician Matt, you can trust this guy give you honest opinion. He did an excellent job replacing the water heater. My husband who is usually very critical about f people’s work because he is very handy himself, was very pleased with Matt’s work, knowledge and honesty. My experience with Jordan at Barnett Plumbing & Water Heaters was fantastic. He really knows his stuff!! So knowledgeable!! Gave me great information. Alex C. arrived promptly as scheduled before 9 AM. Our old gas water heater was leaking and sediment filled the bottom so he was unable to drain the water heater using the existing drain valve. He was able to remove the gas control valve and install a temporary drain valve without spelling any water on the floor to drain the water heater. He removed the gas lines to the water heater & dryer and capped it off.

He installed a 50 gal Rheem Hybrid Electric Heat Pump Water Heater but for some unknown reason it didn't work properly. He called the office and made arrangements for another Barnett Plumbing technician to bring out another Rheem Hybrid Electric Heat Pump Water Heater within a hour. Alex disconnected all the connections and removed the failed water heater and installed the replacement one. He had to wait 45 minutes before turning on the power to the water heater since the replacement one was lying on it's side instead of upright when it was delivered. The installation was finally completed shortly before 6:30 PM.

Alex did a great job installing the heat pump water heater, everything was neat, clean, and well done despite having to install 2 water heaters because the first one didn't work.

I would highly recommend Barnett Plumbing & Water Heaters. They send a reminder text the day before the appointment and send a text with a photo of the technician when he's on his way. They did the same when they scheduled a technician to give me a free estimate for various water heater installations. They are very well organized and responds to emails and phone calls very quickly. Very responsive and good communication.

Sean called ahead of time to say when he'd be arriving. He had a very personable demeanor and thoroughly answered our questions about our water heater. He was also very knowledgeable. We have used Barnett in the past and will continue to do so. Their business is run well and all of their employees are very knowledgeable.

This is a praise for Jordan, who was sent by Barnett Plumbing & Water Heaters when I needed a new water heater. Although my old water heater is still functioning, it is high time to consider getting a new energy-saving water heater. Luckily, Jordan appeared at just the right time to address my needs.

Had to replace my leaking water heater, took multiple quotes and chose Barnett Plumbing for the job. The entire experience was wonderful and professional! After having some issues with a prior heat pump hot water heater installation and making my experience known, Mr. Barnett reached out to me and made things right. Today Ron replaced the heat pump I was having issues with. Hopefully it performs as to be expected. Ron was professional and friendly! He explained how the hybrid heat pump works. He walked me through programming it to my phone and got me dialed in! Thanks to Mr. Barnett for reaching out and making things right. I would choose Barnett Plumbing again if/when I need them.

Matt was very professional and informative. He discussed all options available to us including a heat pump water heater which we would have used except for size constraints that we have. He’s very efficient and knowledgeable and even left the space cleaner than it was. Will not hesitate to use his services again.

Barnett Plumbing recommended electric water heater to replace my old gas heater that has reached its life expectancy. They know what needed to be done to make the electric water heater to work in my house and to meet the city's permit requirement. The replacement heater will require some time due to adding 240V outlet locally and Barnett installed a loaner gas water heater in the meantime. Technician came on time and got everything working perfectly. Overall I am happy with the overall process.

Jesse was great, he early in the morning at 9:30 and said he would arrive about 50 minutes since he was driving from Livermore, he arrived in time and took a look at my old water heater setup and took the time to check my water pressure and found it was high at 100PSI and recommended changing water pressure regulator valve since it should be set between 50PSI to 75PSI.
He then went through the options for changing water heater and explained each estimate and patiently answering all our questions. He showed us quotes for Gas water heater and electric heat
pump hybrid which are more energy efficient. We ended up deciding to go with the electric hybrid option since it was close to the same price due to CA rebates which will kick in October as the gas heater so for right now, they provided Gas Water heater until our hybrid heat pump water heater gets installed sometime at the end of Oct.
I enjoyed talking to Jesse and he was very professional and patient.
Now just waiting for new water heater in October.

Jesse brought new water heater and did a great job installing, afterwards he told me how to maintain it and explained how long it would take to heat up first time. He did a great job. Attached is photo of the finished job.

We just got a heat pump water heater and Barnett's team did an awesome job since the beginning.
They helped understand all the rebate related documentation I had to fill out and helped us getting the best deal possible. They kept a constant communication flow and made the process super easy. Max was in charge of installing the heater at home and he was amazing! He took care of everything and even left the place cleaner than before!

I'm thrilled to be using Barnette plumbing. I feel confident that under Sean's guidance, our transition from a gas water heater to a climate-friendly heat pump water heater will go well. Sean spent time with me to explain the process which I easily understood and walked me through the installation process.

It's nice to know that Barnette plumbing has streamlined the rebate process to make sure they're customers get the most out of the incentives that are available. No stress, no challenging paperwork obstacles for us makes this switch easy.

Barnett Plumbing sent Jesse the technician to our house promptly at 8am. He evaluated our leaking water heater and gave an estimate with several options. Jesse explained everything in a clear and friendly manner which inspired my trust. He did an excellent job. The water heater was installed better than the prior one. He was detail oriented, neat and tidy. I would absolutely recommend Barnett plumbing and specifically Jesse again.
