Tias Restaurant

So I have just found this place a week ago and holy cow I had some veggie pupusa’s and a few pork with cheese and beans also I had the pork cicerones and guacamole. These are by far the best Pupusas I’ve had in years. This is a great little place to check out. Remember they’re closed on Monday, but open the rest of the week.

This is a fantastic place to order pupusas. Very authentic and an excellent ratio of filling to masa. When I come back again I think I'd just get the pupusas a la carte. They are very filling and the rice and beans on the side were just ok. My wife had nachos and said they were good.

Tias Restaurant is fantastic! We tried a number of things and were happy with all selections. The pupusas were heavenly with wonderful texture and packed with deliciousness. This is a place we will be back to.

Delicious!! We ordered chicken and cheese papusa and that was my favorite thing! We also ordered pork tamale, carne asada taco, shrimp taco and chicken nachos. I highly recommend the papusa and nachos!

Small family owned place that is worth the wait! The food is fresh and unique and you can’t find any place like if.

First time having a papusa and it was delicious. The loaded papusa is amazing, especially for $9. The shrimp tacos was also really good. Overall really good food here!

Sincerely some of the best tamales I’ve ever had. Loved getting a little bit of each cuisine and splitting them with my wife!

I absolutely love this place!! Tia's was a great find in the St. George area and I couldn't be happier we ended up here. There were so many different choices to choose from including Papusas, bakery items, brunch, and so much more. We were greeted when we walked in the door by one of the owners and felt welcome immediately. She was very helpful and informative, knowing this was our first trip to the restaurant and bakery. Our group ordered a few things, but I have to recommend their Papusas over everything else. They were delicious!!! These papusas were served with Curtido, a Salvadoran Cabbage Relish, and Salsa Roja. Give it a try if you are in the area!

We were very impressed with the food at Tia’s! Our party shared plates and everything was delicious! The only dish we wish we would have switched out was the cubano sandwich (it was good, just not nearly as tasty as the tacos, nachos, pupusas, or breakfast omelet.)

Random note: when we went the lighting was really dim in parts of the restaurant. Not sure why, but it was kind of weird.

If you have the chance to stop in though, definitely do!

The pupusas are so yummy. The pork, bean and cheese are the most popular, but if you want to try something new- the loroco was the surprise hit of our visit! It tastes sort of artichoke-ish. Very delicious! The staff is great to make recommendations if you need help!

Their new loaded pupusas are the bomb!! A pupusas topped with two eggs, curtido, avocado, salsa and sour cream. So, so yummy and very filling! Also, the nachos are a must! They have the best nachos in town! The gingante can definitely feed four people! We love Tia’s!

I love love loved their food- especially because having spent some time in countries south of Mexico I thought the flavors were excellent and the food well prepared. It brought back happy memories of similar dishes I was familiar with. There were some hiccups with our orders, one was wrong, but they corrected it and overall I thought they gave good service. This is not a fast food place or a large chain restaurant, it is not yet a well oiled food producing machine- but it does feel familial and authentic. Come expecting to wait a bit. I consider it a local gem, I will be back and I wish them success in their business!

I’ve been wanting to visit Tia’s for a really long time! I love pupusas and they were delicious at Tia’s! My husband had the combination tacos and we tried 4 different pupusas. The cortido was fresh and flavorful too. I’ll definitely be back. Thanks!

What a gem. The staff is super friendly and the menu has something for everyone. We had the nachos gigantes, loaded papusa and waffles, everything was delicious!!

To say this food is amazing is an understatement. Tias’ is a new favorite restaurant of mine. Order the cheese and chicken “loaded” papusas, you won’t regret it!

Great authentic food. The fish tacos are made with salmon. The chicken nachos are really good too. The people are super kind and helpful you’ll definitely enjoy Tias.

Absolutely delicious food! The papusas are phenomenal! The owners are so sweet and personable. The nachos are HUGE! The sauce they put on them is so yummy.

Tias was good. I enjoyed having the pupusas and tamales. The cheese leaked out pupusas while cooking so they were a little dry. But the food was unique and very fun to try.
