Dirks' Pizza

Not only is the owner wonderfully friendly but his wife makes scented candles that smell heavenly. I purchased one and it's still going. The pizza has and will always be a favorite of ours. So good!!!!!!! 💯

Went while visiting our son's at CWU. Four pizzas for around 50 bucks! Two medium and two large. My whole family enjoyed the pizza, the cheese was delicious and the crust was crispy! I will be in there again next visit to Ellensburg. Gordon

So good, to the pizza to the wings! Great prices as well. The owner is super sweet, come pay him a visit and support a local business as well as his wife’s candles that are sold there as well!! Definitely recommend great pizza!

Best pizzas in town and amazing service, getting just a slice is a steal for how much you get. We’ve tried 3 of the specialty pizzas and each was great, you can easily find something to fit your mood.

I would have definitely left a Large Tip $.
Cheese bread looks Great and Tastes even better. Along with the Dirks special. Yummm.

BEST PIZZA FOR MILES!! By far one of the best pizza places I have had the pleasure of eating. ALL the ingredients came fresh and absolutely delicious. I order a Large chicken Bacon Ranch pizza and a Large cheese pizza. They were cooked to perfection!! Has official made me a lifetime customer.

Our absolute favorite pizza place! We make a point to stop every time we are in town. Chris makes a mean pizza, one that you'll come back time and again for! There's no bad pizza here - though we do especially love the 5 pounder!

This is a takeout pizza joint with outstanding pizza. I picked up 4 large meat and supreme pizzas for about $100. All the employees we were feeding were very complimentary and wanted to know where it came from. It’s a little thicker style than what I typically prefer, but the flavor and amount of toppings really were perfect! Highly recommend.

Dirk's is the best spot for pizza hands down!

High quality ingredients, locally owned, delicious, great value and just overall a good experience.

If you've never been, try it! He sells pizza by the slice, too! You won't be disappointed!

This was the best pizza. Lots of toppings and tons of cheese. We were just passing through. Sadly we won’t be back this way for a long time. Fast service too.

We were in town for the night and so glad we found this place. Wish we had one at home. Pizza was excellent and you can tell everything is really fresh.

Pizza (even the crust!) was the best I've had the pleasure of eating in a long time. I occasionally get a craving for pizza but have found from other pizza companies in Eburg that it doesn't taste anything close to what my "imagination" was wanting. Not so today! I have never been to Dirk's Pizza before today and it tasted so good and the owner was very nice. I will return.

Mr. Dirks was very cheerful. The pizza was fantastic. We had pepperoni & bacon. There was lots of cheese & the crust was perfect. Price was very affordable

Amazing pizza! Cooked in a pan, but not deep dish. Just a perfect american style pizza. Dirk was very friendly and we enjoyed chatting while we ate. This would be my go to pizza if I lived in town. It will be a highlight of cross state trips from here on out.

Whatever combination of cheese and spices they use are so good. The place is charming it smells good in there the guy working there was cool idk if he was the owner or not. They are light on the sauce so I recommend asking for extra sauce if that is something you want. Delicious pizza.
