I really like the quality of the furniture here. I got a great deal on bookselfs that were on clearance. The clearance is upstairs to the left. That is where the deals are at 29$ for a nice bookshelf. I got these 5 pieces assembled for 435$. Winning!!!!

First time shopped in this store. I was very impressed, the show room is so nice, I enjoyed walking and looking around there. All the furnitures are well designed and manufactured. And the price is right. I wish I knew about this store earlier.

Great furniture. We love what we bought and the staff was fabulous.

Staff is very nice and helpful, but not pressing on you. If you like mid-century modern. industrial, minimalist styles you can definitely find something you like there. Prices are in the mid-range for this kind of furniture and sometimes you can score a deal on sale. Nice white glove delivery.
I am a bug fan of online, but this is the case when going in person was totally worth it.

We got excellent service in the Concord, CA store, while selecting our pieces and everything was delivered to us out of state in a timely way. We love our furniture.

A couple months ago, we ordered by telephone and decided to pick the furniture up ourselves in St. Louis, MO. Sarah helped us to order the furniture and when it arrived at the stored, as promised she called me to tell me the box dimensions to make sure I could fit it in the back of my truck. Unfortunately, she wasn't there when we picked up, but the store personnel got us loaded and everything worked out. Very good service!

They have excellent customer service. It was a pleasure working with our salesman. We originally ordered a table and 6 chairs, for which we paid in full. When he notified us that the wait time (during Covid in 2021) would be several months longer than expected, he canceled the order at our request, and refunded the charge to our credit card immediately. later we ordered 2 chairs. During the wait, he updated us via email and phone several times on their arrival date. I highly recommend this company.

I have visited this store several times and made several large purchases over the last couple of years and have been very happy with the service, selection, and layout of the store. Unlike many furniture stores that cram every square inch of floor space with pieces, this store has room to breathe and you can imagine how the furniture will look in your space.
I have worked with both Jeff and Fionne at the Concord store and they were both extremely helpful. Jeff has more of a hang back style, while Fiona is more … persistent. So whichever type of sales style you prefer, there is someone who will fit your needs.
I have had pieces delivered and I have picked up at the store and both were great experiences. The delivery drivers were prompt, careful, and wore booties and masks. When I picked up in store, they were prompt, friendly and carried the piece out to my car and loaded it without question.
I am very happy with the quality of the furniture so far. Very high quality leather and solid build in the Andreas sofa. And the wood and build quality of the Mia dresser and nightstand are also quite good.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this location and the services of Jeff and Fionne to anyone.

They have an outstanding showroom in Concord, with a huge selection of furniture and accessories.
Their customer service was excellent and their delivery teams were courteous, friendly and very professional.
This will be my Go-To store for all of my future furniture needs.

So far so good. We were in the market for a sofa. Did not want to spend over 10k but still wanted an upscale well built leather sofa that was comfortable and would last us for many years. We got one from Scandinavian Designs for about $2500 and after 3 months, we are extremely happy. Would recommend highly.

We recently purchased a beautiful live-edge plank dining table, leather recliner sofa and two leather swivel chairs from Irina at Scandinavian Design in Concord CA. Not only are the items high quality furniture, Irina Petkova also provided us with superb customer service including keeping our table in the warehouse for us that arrived in the middle of our 3 month RV trip. We were able to pick it up after we returned. We highly recommend Scandinavian Design in Concord CA and our sales person, Irina Petkova!

We went in to "look" and ended up purchasing a couple of desks, book cases and office chairs for our new home. It was a seamless process! They have great looking furniture at prices that are comparable to other furniture stores around. We loved the sleek and simple "Scandinavian" design elements that you don't normally see.

The sales staff were helpful and answered a lot of our questions! The delivery fees were very reasonable considering our new home was 90 miles away. We will definitely look at coming back when we need new furniture!

We’ve purchased many items over the years at Scandinavian Designs; recliners, couches, love seats, end tables. Always good quality, and always something we like in our price range. Customer service personnel are professional, personable and knowledgeable. They are never pushy, and there when you need them.
Our most recent purchase was a Dinex table, walnut. Fits so nicely in our dining room and the perfect size when expanded. Great!
Oh, and the warehouse guys are always helpful, friendly and efficient.
We might look other places for furniture, but always come back to Scandinavian Designs. Actually, lately we haven’t bothered going anywhere else.

The Concord showroom is a 10 if you want to find inspiration for room designs. Great customer service, Alicia was super helpful. Delivery was smooth and they set up everything and were patient about placement. Really good quality goods for the money.

I have only shopped at one Scandinavian Designs and that was the Concord, CA. store. They have a great selection of furniture and very helpful sales staff. I was impressed at the variety. I bought a dining room table and chairs of exceptional quality for a reasonable price and their delivery and set up was seamless. I would definitely shop at any Scandinavian Designs store again.

It was one of the fastest and simplest buying experiences in a long time. The family wanted a new/better support living room sofa. I explained my criteria and received a tour of the showroom floor. I chose a handful of styles for which I was promptly given printouts and prices for my selections: these I handed over to my family who later made their selection and I called Scandinavian Design to place the order.

My wife and I just moved back to California after 40 years, and we had to refurnish our new home with different furniture than the heavy oak country furniture we left behind. Scandinavian Design gave a great selection of modern, good looking, and functional furniture at reasonable prices. Our sales person, Kitty, couldn't have been more helpful in helping us select items while maximizing promotional discounts. On return visits, we go directly to her as our personal sales agent.

Furniture is nicely displayed at this location, and by far, has the best selection. Sales representatives are constantly walking by to ensure product questions are answered. Delivery was smooth! Absolutely love Scandinavian Designs - just wish I had a bigger house to constantly shop there!

I was in need of a new Stressless chair because our old one had finally seen better days. When I walked into the Scandinavian Designs store, I was pleased to see every version of Stressless chairs, so I happily sat in all of them and found the chair that fitted me best. I ordered it that day, and received it a couple of months later. The person who helped me was Sarah, and she was very pleasant to work with. Great service, and a great chair!

We shopped for a year to find the right sofa and chair for our house! We found two pieces that were affordable with great style and quality. The sales staff let us take our time and were not pushy at all! Thank you SD! We love you!

I ordered 2 couches and 2 chairs and was extremely happy with the short delivery time as well as our salesperson Alicia. We ended up having an issue with one of the chairs, a small rip in the leather, and I contacted the store and they took care of it right away by exchanging the chair with a new one within a week. Highly recommend the Concord Scandinavian Designs store!
