I have been eating here for over a year now and I personally enjoy their food a lot. I like their banh mi but my favorite has got to be their signature sriracha steak fries. The flavor is rich and their sriracha sauce is home-made (according to the manager). It truly is just the perfect amount of spice without it being too overbearing of other flavors. The fries are baked and contain no oil which surprised me because it had such a nice crunch (even with all the toppings). You must try this place, you won't regret it!!

The owner is really nice. My wife and I both liked our food. If we end up in Livermore again, I'd definitely drop by.

The banh mi's here never disappoint! It's rare to find authentic banh mi, especially in Livermore. I love all of them, but my favorite is the seared yellowfin tuna banh mi! The spices are on point and the flavor combination is perfect. You honestly can't find it anywhere else.

The sriracha steak fries are pretty good. The Mac attack hot dog is good too.

Tried this place on a whim and it is next. Level. Good. Best banh mi of my life. Tried the tuna and baked tofu today. Both were fantastic and each had its own unique flavor profile entirely separate from the protein. Hot sauce is house made and delicious. Everything fresh, specially sourced, and made to order. Cannot say enough good things about this place.

My Coworker and I try to frequent this location at least once a week. Family owned and operated, you can taste the love in each meal. After trying 4 different items off the menu I can honestly say they have something great for everyone. The Beef Sate and Sriracha Wings with rice combo plates are my personal favorites. Extra, extra, extra spicy!

Love the menu, I wanted to try 5 different things. Decided on the bbq wings and the spicy Asian dog with vietnamese iced coffee. So the coffee was solid, but that was the easy one. The wings were delicious, came with greens, asked for spicy and it was a little spicy, but more sweet than spicy. Sauce was made from scratch, so extra points.
So the spicy Asian dog. Had lots of veg and sauce, plus pineapple chunks. I'm not a big fan of pineapple, but...the cool sweetness with the fattiness of the spicy dog, it cut the heat and the acid made for a great flavor profile. I'll have more of that, yes indeed.
Also, extra points for the nice friendly service even if the food was a little slow to arrive. Had my coffee before I left the counter tho so it was all good.

I've been here twice and had the friendliest service both time. It feels like a family run restaurant and the staff took the time to tell me all about the Vietnamese food that I wasn't familiar with. I've tried the báhn mi and the old fashioned dog and they were both really good. Definitely worth checking out

This family owned business has the most courteous customer service. There's a variety of food and they're all absolutely delicious! It's easily the best place for Vietnamese food or fries (:

The food here is AMAZING!!! Seriously what a hidden gem! This is fusion cuisine at its finest: made with love by people who understand what flavors go together to make delicious magic. You can close your eyes and point to anything on the menu and it will be amazing, but some of my absolute favorites are: the garlic fries, the steak and kimchi fries, the spicy Asian dog, and the yellowfin tuna banh mi. Seriously happy tastebuds!

EXCELLENT FOOD! Had the old style dog, fries and chicken finger. All three were awesome. Could be the best hot dog I've ever had. The service was also excellent!

Order the seared yellowfin tuna banh mi and you won’t be disappointed! It’s fresh, perfectly seasoned and with just the right amount of spice. Everything is cooked right in front of you by a friendly chef who really has a passion for delicious Vietnamese food!

I googled “best food in Livermore” and LV Fusion Eatery was the first hit - and BOY was google right on. Both the Vietnamese Chicken Salad and the Kim Chi Steak Fries were amazing! Staff is amazingly friendly.

They always makes my vegan banh mi hella tasty (they even use eggplant!). N ppl who work here r great. One of my top 5 fave places for banh mi in the Bay Area.

Great banh mi! I had the beef brisket banh mi and would definitely recommend it. The meat was very tender, the French bread was fresh and the spicing was excellent. I will definitely be back.

was my first time trying it and the food was soo good had alot of flavor the maple basil chicken bites were awesome. their is alot of food for your money and I will definitely be going back .

Unique food from a family restaurant. While many courses on the menu are Vietnamese, this place also offers their take on food from other cultures. Try them out and you'll most likely be amazed.

My taste buds always come alive when I take the first bite of LV Fusion's yummy food. We don't come here nearly enough, but when we do we're always more than satisfied.

The seasoned fries are SO good, and all the people there are very nice and go out of their way to provide awesome service. Great place.
