Indigo Yoga Ellensburg

I want to give a shout our to Indigo Yoga and Cherie. I have been going to this place on and off since I moved here. In the last couple months since things have opened back up I have been going alot more. Cherie is a fantastic yoga instructor she has really made the space welcoming. The classes have pushed me and my body to do things I did did not think were possible. When they say yoga is Mind, Body and Spirit it's true, but I never really understood until now. I have learned how to breath, instantly be able to relax, that I do have a core and I am stronger then I thought mentally and physically. If you have never tried yoga, I strongly suggest that you do. This is my personal experience and I just felt I needed to share.

I’ve been doing LiveStream classes for just over a month, and I love them!! I heard about Cherie from a friend, and am so grateful for her, and her classes! It’s been a life saver during covid, and I hope she keeps offering the livestream option even as Ellensburg opens up a bit. This Seattleite loves a break from the sometimes-snobby yoga culture over here. I’d you’re in Ellensburg, go in person! And if you’re not, sign up online! ☮

Great place! Took my first class and it was tough honestly. But the teacher and the students were so kind and supportive. I will definitely go back. Great thing to have in town
