My move from San Francisco Bay Area to Miami Florida was seamless. From the moment the Bekins evaluator, Alex A. stepped through the door, to the delivery with Jim, my driver and the interactions with Bekins support, Jennifer, Bekins was the height of professionalism. Everyone’s was informative, personable, efficient and trustworthy. They kept in constant communication with me and took the time to answer my questions. I cannot say enough fantastic things about this team. I would chose them again for any move, big or small. There is a reason they are ranked highly. Their rates are comparable to other competence services, but from DAY 1, they stood head and shoulders above the competition, at a reasonable price.

My crew chief was Luis and he was wonderful… good communication with me and coordination with his team. Bernardo kept at it constantly, never seeming to tire. Javier was a rockstar… carefully packing my grandmother’s dishes and paying attention to all the details. During unloading Javier was again helpful and efficient. Thank you so much for a smooth and professional move, from start to finish!

Luis, Esteban, Anderson, Omar, Bernardo and Javier were a DREAM TEAM! The Best of the BEST! There is nothing these men can’t do! They packed my entire home in one day and moved it the next day! I used Bekins movers yesterday and I had another wonderful experience with our move. We were very fortunate to receive some of the same team members when we moved several years ago! We had a team of five - Luis, Bernardo, Javier, Nestor, and another Luis! All five were amazing! They worked so efficiently, so carefully, and all so kind. Bekins was able to respond to a very quick move. Luis and Bernardo are the best team. They are respectful and very pleasant. They handled our “treasures” as if they were moving their own family. We had a rough beginning with our initial move that was delayed a week because it was mis- calculated. Mike Rose rescheduled our move with a great team! Although our move had a snag with the time frame of the delivery, Luis, Javier, Nestor, and Carlos came to the rescue and completed the move to our new home. They wrapped and moved all of our furniture and items with care, especially while moving furniture throughout our home avoiding any damage to our walls. We hired Bekins for a local move within Livermore. This was our first time using professional movers and I am really happy with the service!

Setting up the move was easy. Everyone we worked with was great. We also had the challenge of a fluid timeline but we were able to move up our move date with no problem.

The crew we worked with on move day were fantastic! They were on time and set up protection on the walls and floors to protect the house. They handled all of our items with care. We probably could have been better prepped for our move (timeline was moved up) so we worked around the move crew with no problem. They were respectful and helpful.

What really made it a 5 start experience was our move crew was not only super helpful and careful but they were really pleasant to work with. That's the thing you don't really think about but is really important when you spend all day with them on what is a very stressful day.

Overall, moving is not fun but I am really happy we hired Bekins!

I have moved a lot and these folks are the best. I've used them for both local and interstate (via their partner Wheaton) and would definitely call them again. They are timely, communicative, and treat my stuff like it was their own precious heirlooms. Could not be more satisfied with this experience.

What an amazing team! From the internal office staff to the wonderful men who moved us, everyone was professional, courteous, helpful, and funny, making us laugh during a stressful time. I would recommend Bekins to anyone. (They also moved my son and daughter-in-law to Alaska, packing up every crate securely.)

Half way through the move from CA to PA, so far absolutely superb service. Jim the driver of our belongings was very informative and patients, ensured packing of all items was efficient while protecting everything. Upon meeting at delivery to Bekins storage in Mount Joy PA, Team at the site showed me around in the warehouse, allowed us to monitor off load and even "cherry pick" some items we forgot to "flag" to come to our house (we have majority of our things in Bekins Storage". Great experience!!!!
