My husband and I bought a new Tempurpedic and adjustable base from the Concord Mancini's. And let me tell you we couldn't be any happier with the excellent service and care from Daniel V. We had a ton of questions and concerns coming into this process. Daniel was incredibly knowledgeable and provided amazing customer service during and after the purchase. The delivery was fast and efficient. Any time we had any questions Daniel was waiting and ready to help us out :)

Excellent customer service received from Nichole and Brandon. Excellent experience overall. They were knowledgeable answering all our various questions. We felt low pressure to purchase and that they really wanted us to feel good about our choice in finding the right mattress for us. We felt they offered the best price and any discounts available. Gray is the best! He took the time to do the Sleep Match process with us, walked us through multiple mattresses that were ideal for what we were looking for and eventually helped us pick the perfect mattress, base AND protection. Most places we’ve visited are quite pushy but Gray was patient, knowledgeable and super sweet.

Purchasing my new bed was such a wonderful experience. Daniel was courteous, knowledgeable, and pleasant. Ty was our salesperson and he provided excellent service! We were shopping for a mattress for my elderly dad and he showed us several options that would work for what we needed. There was no pressure to buy one mattress over another. He also offered us beverages if we wanted.

Mancini's Sleepword at Sunvalley, Concord, stand behind their warranties, and Brandon is a premier salesman with integrity. We initially purchased a mattress that we weren't happy with, and Brandon honored his word (and the written 120 Day Trade-in or Refund Policy on the receipt) and helped us through the return process. Even when we encountered a hitch in the pick-up and delivery, Brandon answered his personal phone on his day off work and got things resolved. Mancini has wonderful beds and great employees!

Brandon sold us our Aireloom Trestles Plush and our experience with him and everyone at Mancini’s was amazing! Pleasant, fun and informative and felt just like being around family. We will be getting our mattress shipped in a few weeks. We are really happy with the price we got. We highly recommend coming to this location and we will definitely be coming back here for our future guest room mattresses!

Very happy with our purchase. . At 67 years of age suffering from poor sleep and an aching back that I attributed to an old worn mattress I figured it was time for a better bed. Mancini’s helped us find the best choice for my husband and I, a Tempur-pedic mattress with cooling and adjustable foundation. I have slept better these last few days than I have in a while.

Excellent experience with Tyrone and his team. I came in to try out a mattress that I’d been looking at online, and Tyrone helped me find a higher quality mattress for the same price. I felt listened to and well guided. Delivery was free and they took my old mattress.

Hello! We were greeted at the door by Brandon Clark, the store manger. He asked a couple of pertinent questions then led us immediately to some mattresses to sample. No high pressure sale or encouragement to spend up. Let me try out the beds without involving himself in my decision. I was there with my daughter and grandson who also have purchased beds from Mancini. The experience was exactly what I hoped for. We recommend Mancini to everyone who is looking for a low pressure sales experience in purchasing a mattress. Thank you Brandon and all staff at Mancinis!!

the sales rep was extremely well informed and helped me make the right choice with no pressure at all. It's been a while, but I have purchased bed's at that location in the past, so I was confident I would get great service...and I did.

Went into Mancini’s for the first time ever and had the best experience! Was helped by Devi and my experience so much better. She was super helpful and easy to talk to. I’ve never purchased a mattress in a store like this before and she gave me all the knowledge I needed to pick the mattress for me. I will definitely be back!

Brandon was awesome!

He spent time with my wife and I to make sure to find what each of us preferred. We both liked two different mattresses - which makes sense because we are very different sizes - and Brandon was able to point us toward a bed that he felt would be the best compromise for the both of us. We can’t wait to get better sleep soon. This is my second time buying from mancini and we will keep going back because of the customer service.

James was very helpful with our many questions we had in explaining the differences in each mattresses for our specific problems with aches and pains specific to back pain.
Service was friendly and painless. James even gave us some water to get us home. Delivery is next day. Great service. Thanks James.

Excellent choice of mattresses. Nichole is an excellent mattress specialist. She listened to what I was interested in. Gave me sugestions. Answered all my questions. Mancini's is an excellent business.

Went in to see a mattress with some friends after researching online and Devi pointed out where the specific brand I was looking at. What I really liked about Devi is she pointed out other alternative brands and options but was not pushy.

Devi also gave us some space as we discussed as I was asking for their opinions before making a huge purchase. Once it was said and done, the purchasing process was so easy going and Devi was super personable which really made our day!
