I have dealt with Sean (owner) for 20 years. He is extremely knowledgable and willing. He buys used gear if there is a market at 70% of the resale value and sells new and used gear. I have had no reason to doubt his honesty or knowledge.

One of the best camera shops in the Bay Area. Everyone here loves photography and they're willing to dive into the details with you. They'll also admit when someone else on staff is better equipped to help you with different manufacturers. Great product selection, handy used accessory collection, and an overall solid shop.

Got a great deal on an open-box camera kit; staff was helpful when I called the shop with questions from the other side of the country. Shipped promptly and well-packaged. Product as described. Couldn't ask for more!

Tried to sell my Sony gear (FX3 body etc) and the guy told me to sell on eBay instead. Said he never uses the store just eBay and I’d get waaaayyy more money. I thought they bought used equipment here, I guess not anymore. Strange phone conversation, but whatever.

Bought Hoodman cfast 1tb card here. After a year tried to film with that on my Canon C-200, and got some sort of error on the card. Went to the store, was told by the clerk they are not responsible for that. Hoodman is not answering as well.

Calling different stores all over the states trying to find camera gear. I called this store and talked with an amateur named Sean willing to take payment before checking with the warehouse to see if the item is available or not, and will not do so because the prince doesn’t want to waste his time. Bad customer service.
