Pacific Bay Coffee is a haven for coffee aficionados seeking the perfect brew and a delightful ambiance. Their cappuccinos are a work of art, with velvety foam that delicately balances the rich espresso underneath. But what truly sets them apart is their impeccable latte art. Each cup is adorned with intricate designs, transforming your morning ritual into a visual masterpiece.

Beyond the aesthetics, Pacific Bay Coffee takes their craft seriously. They source only the finest beans and meticulously roast them to perfection, resulting in a flavor profile that's both robust and nuanced. Whether you prefer a bold espresso shot or a smooth latte, each sip is a testament to their dedication to quality.

But it's not just about the coffee at Pacific Bay—it's the entire experience. The cozy atmosphere invites you to linger awhile, savoring your drink amidst the hum of conversation and the aroma of freshly brewed beans. Whether you're catching up with friends or seeking a moment of solitude, Pacific Bay Coffee provides the perfect backdrop for your caffeine fix.

Wow! An awesome coffee shop! They are serious about their coffee, and really pull out all the stops to ensure you have the perfect cup.

Came here every morning during a week-long business trip and was blown away every day. A great place to come and experiment, or try new flavors based on some expert suggestions.

Give this place a try, and you will NOT be disapointed!

They have the best (by far) Espresso Beans in the area, iv been looking for the perfect fresh roasted coffee beans and I was shopping around in many stores and finally found my favorite place.

I hopped around Walnut Creek remote working from coffee shops for the day. This was my last of three stops, and I almost didn’t swing by. Low and behold, it’s the best shop in town if you care what your coffee tastes like (i.e. you don’t drown it in milk and sugar). Really nice staff, and they know their coffee. Everything appeared to be roasted in house, and they have a huge variety of origins.

Their coffee is expertly crafted and absolutely top-notch. From the quality of the beans to the precision of the brewing process, everything is done with care and passion, resulting in a delicious cup every time. Definitely my favorite in town and I highly recommend it.

Genuinely some of the best coffee I’ve ever had. In the exhausting age of overly-abundant artisan coffee shops, these guys are a breath of fresh air and quality. Yirgacheffe was bomb.

The test of a barista is the ability to pour late art in almond milk without scorching. Good coffees, good service.

I always like their coffee and their customer service, a lot of them don't beat around the bush and get right to work and I appreciate that. The only bummer is right now their hours are super limited and they don't do indoor dining... It seems like they are still extra strict with covid policies which is understandable, but I think they should get staff who are willing to work normal hours. I definitely think it's time for them to get back into the swing of things commercially!! I just swung by a few minutes after 12:00 to realize they would be closed so early! I hope they normalize you soon, it's a great coffee shop love supporting local coffee shops!

This coffee shop roasts their beans in house. Their coffees are to die for! They also have a wonderful selection of loose leaf teas. Whenever I get the chance to come here it is the highlight of my day! Such a treat! :-) the owner is also incredibly sweet. They also have an amazing staff! They make an incredible latte or cappuccino! Best foam in town! If you haven't been here yet you should definitely stop in!!

I'm giving them 5 stars for the quality of their drinks and their down-to-earth, genuinely nice attitudes.

Admittedly, I've only had 1 type of espresso beverage here, and only a couple times - and I have yet to try their beans (I am taking home my 1st 1/2 pound of coffee today), what I have experienced inspires confidence that my future visits will be just as good.

Overall the best coffee shop I've been to in a *long* time.

The best coffee I have literally ever had. Their pour overs are great, their beans are award winning, their lattes seem larger than other places. I definitely think that if you are in the area and you are a fan of coffee for more than just syrup and the effect of caffeine you can't wait on getting coffee here. I'd recommend asking the barista for a recommendation. They are very passionate about roasting and coffee and when you show an interest in the coffee it seems like they get excited that you asked. They also have pastries and things like smoothies, but they are mostly auxiliary.

These folks know coffee. They have a well- chosen selection of origins that they roast on premises. You can get ready-made coffee if you're in a hurry, but they also offer drip, infusion, and siphon brewed coffee made to order if you have the time to really enjoy coffee prepared by people who know and love excellent coffee. They also offer the best cold-brew I've ever had - the only cold-brew, in fact, that I think is worth drinking. If you know the difference between Brazilian and Ethiopian coffee, you want to have coffee here. Highly recommended!

Excellent (single origin and blends, occasional rarities too) bean selection fresh roasted weekly or more often in small batches, stellar espresso drinks made to order. They also have a selection of non-coffee beverages as well. Pastries are on the less-sweet side, which pairs well with their short pull espresso drinks. Parking may be problematic, so plan ahead. Homey atmosphere, good coffee, non pretentious. Lots of local regulars.

Excellent place. Not just for the coffee (they have more than a few awards to show) but very knowledgeable about their coffee and were patient in walking me through all the beans they roast and providing recommendations based on my tastes.
Highly recommend visiting the place and spending an evening enjoying the coffee.

Off the downtown path but worth the effort to get here. They select their coffee from estate labeled stock and do their own roasting. The espresso is Imo the best in WC. I typically buy my whole bean coffee here. Nicer experience after the recent renovation!

We got really great advice and samples our first time in. Brazil is delicious!! They also freely gave advice on grinders. Since then, we've bought half a dozen varieties and had interesting conversations about roasting and where the beans come from. They always offer a free cup of coffee while I'm waiting for my beans.

Wonderful coffee. I've been going to Pacific Bay Coffee for years and they always have quality coffee that is medium roasted so you can taste the origins of the coffee and not "burnt" flavor like other big-name coffee shops. They are always innovating and teaching me more about coffee and how to brew coffee in different ways. Pacific Bay has won Gold, Silver, and Bronze medals for their roasting of various beans at the Compak Golden Been (Northern America) roasters competition - So you've got to give them a try!
