El Pollo Loco

First time trying the Loco. Surprised me how it tastes like the halfway point between home cooking and traditional Mexican restaurants. Unfortunately, I must say even as much as I love Taco bell, The Loco was good.

Food is always good, but what surprised me was the Awesome Help from the Staff with my big order for my 40th birthday party and the breast are nice and juicy!

Today we experienced El Pollo Loco like it was meant to be. Fresh, hot and there. We safely enjoyed our meal and we were definitely satisfied.

The best service in this area the manager Imelda was really nice the worker and the salad was really great I recommend this restaurant 100%

They now have Keto Tacos that are absolutely amazing!
The folks who work here are always patient, polite, and prompt.
The chicken is always delicious, and they have implemented several safety measures for social distancing.

EAT HERE, NOT PITTSBURG!!!! Went here today after a horrible unsatisfying experience at their Pittsburg location yesterday. The employees here are so nice and the food is always good, never any problems unlike the Pittsburg location where I wouldnt recommend anyone go to, due to horrible food and low quality lazy employees. In Concord their machines actually work to sync with Pollo Loco app for points. They gave me 5x sauce sides with no complaining on a $5 order, unlike the Pittsburg location that only gives 3 sides on a $24 order, and in Concord their sauce cups are almost 100% full, unlike pittsburg at about 25% full. Ill continue to eat here and boycott the Pittsburg location at all costs, iwpuls drive the extra 20 minutes to Concors for quality service and food vs Pittsburg's let down of a location.

This is the best El Pollo loco In the bay area, Hands down. The service speaks for itself, with its always friendly staff, quality food, quick & correct turnout.
Inside is always clean and you're not just waiting to be helped.

The drive thru amazes me, no matter the size of the orders, the customizations made, or the volume of people; they get you out & on your way without making you feel rushed or like they are overwhelmed.

El Pollo loco of Clayton road you all have come through with the quickness.... mas appreciado!

Nice helpful patient ladies work here in the evening, good food made fast, took coupons, gave me extra sauce, that's why we cross town to come eat at this location. Clean lobby and bathrooms, hardly any uncouth customers, in fact most are very nice courteous people. We'll be back again and again, easy.

Overall good experience. A little rushed when placing order. Was trying to tell how I wanted item and cashier just worried about if wanted a drink but everything turned out ok.

This is a fantastic quick food fix for chicken with a Mexican flare. Love all the sides and the salad too. Very friendly staff and always ready to help you. Great for take out...easy on line orders.

I only go 2 or 3 times a year, but I'll start going more often. Good and you get your money's worth.
Then to top it off the workers are super nice. I'd work there if they hired old men like me.
Best fast food, anywhere.

The customer service was fabulous! I went through the drive through because the Covid virus shut down the dine in part of the restaurant. There was a line for the drive through, but it went very quickly. I had a coupon and it made the meal very price friendly. The meal was hot, very flavorful and the service was excellent. I am going to go back again soon!

Love, love, love this place. The only fast food place where everything tastes homemade. The broccoli was a bit overcooked, but still tasted ok. Their chicken is seasoned well and grilled the way I like it.

Best grilled chicken since Mom and Dads* The chicken soup is so good! Again almost as good as Moms. Really! Exceptional. Loaded with chicken & veggies/mix-ins. Probably better than most Moms. The rice & beans taste great with spicing up from the salsa bar. I love that they have steamed broccoli as a side! I mix it w/Mac n cheese. So good! El Pollo Loco has wonderful real food that u dont feel guilty after eating. Thank you so much*

When inside the store to order my food, the cashier ask me for my vaccine card if I will be dining here, I said yes. For me that's good because they're following the protocol of the county.
