Stephanie has always been the best! She took over when Tim retired and she has been AWESOME!

My parents have had their insurance with Allstate in Brentwood since the 70s and when Stephanie took over she just continued that tradition of excellence of service so much so that we use her for all our insurance needs as well. We wouldn’t think of going anywhere else as she and her staff always help us even with the simplest of requests.

Absolutely fantastic. Stefanie (including anyone else I have dealt with in her office) is always pleasant and helpful. She makes things very easy to understand when choosing a policy, or any insurance questions for that matter. Wish I had switched sooner. If you are looking to pick an insurance person, do yourself a favor and go with Stefanie. You won't regret it.

I love having stephanie as my agent. When I come in to pay my bill she calls me by name and remembers conversations from previous visits and even tells me about things my daughter might like. Stephanie Loureiro is just a wonderful Allstate agent. She provided lots of excellent personalized service to us when moving to California a few years ago, for auto, trailer, home, and umbrella coverage. Then she continued to do a great job for us even as we were moving out of state recently. If fate and family should bring us back again to the Bay Area we will most surely ask Stephanie to be our insurance agent once again. She and her staff are gems.
