Today for the first time I came to the store sketchers outlet with my mom to change a size of some boots that other sketchers didn’t have quickly the associate Diana helped us out very professional Highly customer service and resolved our problem with the sizes very quickly I was very satisfied and will be coming back to the store

I'm so glad to have this great outlet store near me. This has become my favorite brand of shoes. I'm on my feet all day and walk a lot at work and I've found these to be far and away the most comfortable shoes. I'm writing today because I just purchased a couple pairs today. The customer service was great. Very friendly and helpful staff. Especially want to compliment the one who rang me up and helped me while I was picking out the shoes I wanted. Didn't get his name, just employee number on my receipt: 047554. Very nice young man. Thanks!
PS I returned a couple days later to see if they had gotten another pair I wanted in my size. Loreto (I'll edit the name after I check it again) served me and went out of her way to order me the size I wanted with free shipping. It was very kind of her to do so. Thanks!

ÀLarge selection of active wear shoes, some apparel. Like the quality of the leggings: comfortable, durable with hip pockets. Very clean store.

Can't tell you how glad I was to find this place.
I always knew it was in El Cerrito, CA across the street from the DelNorte BART station.
I did not think of the store until I visited LA and was looking for a better pair of walking shoes as I do alot of walking.
I found 2 pairs but it was much too bulky to bring back to the Bay Area.
I decided to visit the Skechers Warehouse immediately upon my return.
Sure glad I did.
I bought the 2 pairs that I was going to buy in LA.
Not only did I get shoes for myself but I was able to get 2 other pairs for my friends as well.
On top of getting 4 pairs, I was able to get an additional 20 percent off.
Great deal.

Skecher shoes that come with a "goga mat" and with "Good year" feature are very comfortable and it's my favorite Shoes, Recommend it.

I Always Satisfied with The quality of shoes and costumer service and the team over there. It will take a time to find the exact shoes that a good fit for you if you find the right one you would be happy with it ! Highly suggest creat acct with them so you would and tell the cashier about it so you would have always a copy receipt attached to your online acct in case if you lost it. Had to get my daughter some shoes & I know I can get her them slip on shoes from here next Week will be buying her Skecher skates she keep asking abt for her bday in December

Have visited here over the years. More an outlet for surplus and some of last season’s inventory than a discount outlet. Good clearance section, takes up almost quarter of store, and can often find at least one good deal there. Two days ago would’ve given 4 stars since had poor selection - didn’t have shoe I wanted in right size except one in wrong color - but now two days later have all the colors and even half sizes of that shoe for example; so when you go can make a huge difference.

Great place, picked out my shoes I wanted tried them on, grabbed the wrong box, returned 2 days later got the right size .very freindly casheirs on both trips.

Good shoes and good prices.... With their buy one, get 2nd pair half off, I was able to get 2 pairs of quality comfy shoes for a good deal. They are very comfortable shoes and its a big store. They also had a clearance rack and I found a nice pair of blinking sandals for my favorite 3 year old.
And Ladies, if you need to bring your man, there is a fishing tackle store right next door!

This shoe outlet store is huge! So many choices with a great selection of many sizes. The customer service person, Sean, knew the different wear of the styles. He was such a great help, pleasant and caring.

I was served by Diane and she gave me excellent customer service and went above and beyond to be help me find the perfect shoe! I am so happy with my waterproof boots! I am a Barber and Cosmetologist and being on my feet all day without worrying if they are covered in hair at the end of a 10 hour work day is a huge relief for me! I recommend her for a huge raise!!! I will be back!!

The selection of shoes is fantastic and the store offers a little something for everyone. I came here for casual walking shoes for a trip overseas, and so far they are working out great. It also doesn't hurt that I came here when the store was having a BOGO 50% off sale. I would definitely come here again.

I like the outlet because they have such a wide variety of shoes. Sometimes I can catch their buy one, get one half off sale. If you become a rewards member then they will notify you of these types of sales. Membership is free. I became a member the same day I last shopped there.
