Anyone writing bad reviews of this department probably runs a filthy restaurant or an unhygienic tattoo parlor that got fined for health code violations.
If you like living in a county where restaurants have to occasionally submit to health inspections and correct deficiencies, then give these folks 5 stars!

We are trying to get them to help us in order to get rid of the people who doesn’t pay tax and sell their food on the corners and that hurt our business but they haven’t done anything about it for the ones who actually pay tax and pay them every year in order to be able to sell food at our establishment !!! They are some people at Contra Costa Blvd., Right in front of “party city “selling food without no permission no water using propane gas that’s the one is supposed to go and to the others that doesn’t pay tax. I don’t think this is fair for the ones who actually pay tax.

They love to overstep the good business owners trying to make a living. Stop with your power hungry pens.

This company is taking our freedoms away and they are happy doing it
