Fantastic customer service. Found a great pair of shoes at a very fair price. You definitely get what you pay for here. John and Caleb were very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for a pair of quality dress shoes. I will be coming back in the future.

Excellent customer service. I had to exchange a pair of shoes for a different size and the manager was extremely helpful. They didn’t have the same style in stock and he offered to order a new pair for me. I actually liked the pair I tried on to confirm the fit better so the manager just changed them out for me. I definitely recommend Allen Edmonds and specifically the store in Walnut Creek, CA.

Stacy was incredibly helpful in finding the right shoes for me. She was very knowledgeable about not only the products, but how they would pair with my suit and the occasion. She asked a lot questions about where and with what the shoes would be worn, and she offered her opinion on the different choices

John and his coworker who’s name I didn’t catch (I’m so sorry!!!) went above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service. John not only helped to size me perfectly, but he also pulled out every tool available to renew/shine a pair of shoes for me. I’m new to the brand, but with service like this I wouldn’t hesitate to come back ever!

Jon is amazing. He was willing to stay late past opening to accommodate Amy’s and we had an amazing conversation around the history of Allen Edmonds and shoes in general. Really exceptional service and knowledge from Jon and I will definitely be back!

Was helped by Sam and I must say, I am not only impressed with the quality of products but with the quality of service offered as well. The service and level of expertise here is very impressive. Came in knowing little to nothing about dress shoes nor what exactly I was looking for in particular. Without any judgement, Sam helped me find the right shoe that fitted my intended use.
Will be returning and would highly recommend this store.

Just visited the store today and got my first pair of Allen Edmonds wholecut black dress shoes. Madeleine Wright was very helpful and really took the time to find the right fit for me. Not too pushy and very honest in her opinion unlike other salespersons. I'd definitely get another pair next time I visit the US.

He helped me with great fitting shoes each time I have visited the store, awesome dude to work with when you visit Allen Edmunds Downtown Walnut Creek.

Allen Edmonds is still the best place to get stylish and enduring shoes that are recraftable. Quality never goes out of style, nor does excellent service. You will find both here.

Got amazing customer service here. I've had many pairs of Allen Edmonds shoes, but this stores team is outstanding!

I love this place since the other two locations are in San Francisco. I do not have to pay for parking and toll. In addition, the quality of the shoes speak for itself.
