*FIRST TIME PET OWNERS* I can't say enough about how amazing these guys are! My boyfriend and I adopted a dog together for the first time, he has some special needs (epilepsy) so we wanted to be sure to find him a vet. All about pets is such an amazing place to go especially if this is your first time with a pet. They walked us through everything and made sure Jack (our dog) got the care he needed. They don't pressure you into services you don't need (this was important to us since we are college students) and they are amazing with remembering and keeping track info about your pet. They are so kind to the animals and always greet us with a smile. I would suggest this place time and time again. Amazing service, amazing people, and there are no dumb questions when it come

I have been taking our pets here for the past 5 years. The prices are reasonable, I leave feeling good with cash still in my pockets! They treat our dogs are cats like kings and queens. They are honest and procide excellent care for our pets.

Max is always welcomed with cheers from the reception desk. So patient and through with question. The tech staff love to see him. He always hesitates but comes out after his nail trim prancing out like a handsome Prince.

Great vet clinic. Cleaned up an old stray we took in for a reasonable rate. Also care for our ornery calico.

I'm very happy with the care our dog has received here. All the staff members I've interacted with have been knowledgeable, polite, and welcoming. Dawn's expertise and confidence put us at ease. She was able to break everything down in a way we could understand and provided a solid plan of action to address our pups issues. The location is perfect for us. It's clean and seems to be well equipt as they were able to provide some in-house diagnostic testing. We don't anticipate having to go back anytime soon, but if we do I know we'll be treated well and our issues will be effectively addressed.

As a first timer to this vet hospital, I appreciated the care and consideration they put to my four legged friend. Prices are pretty comparable and they were able to fit my me in really easily within a couple days. The vet was knowledgeable and friendly. This vet office along with the great staff has two different areas for cats and dogs which is always easier with smaller waiting rooms. This office also has 1year heart worm shots available which is awesome.

I have used this veterinary place for as long as I can remember from equine problems to my canine and have been SUPER happy every time I go in. The staff upon arrival are friendly and always put your pet first and make sure that they are comfortable. They do things in a timely manner and if something takes longer then expected I have always received a phone call informing me of delay in time. I have had very bad experiences from other vets clinics and with All About Pets their name serves them justice because they put the animal first no matter the size. I highly recommend them!!!

Multiple vets have turned away my Pitbull because she is a difficult patient. All About Pets always manages to handle her well enough so she can recieve the proper care all dogs deserve (even the big, strong, protective ones). They cater the office visit to suit our specific needs and make the experience as stress-free as possible. 10/10 recommend :)

I can't say enough wonderful things about this Veterinary Hospital. The Vets and Assistants are always on point with their knowledge, friendliness and willingness to go the extra mile. Especially, since COVID has made things harder, they've stepped up! I've been going for years and never had one issue with them. The best part is that their quotes for service are always honest. I almost always pay less than they quote and they do what they can to keep costs as low as possible while keeping the animal's comfort in mind! Thanks to the entire staff! ❤❤

All About Pets is the only place I will take my dog in Chico. Staff is always super helpful and friendly. And usually you can schedule an appointment within 2 weeks of the date you call. They're also one of the more affordable vets in Chico. I get quality care for my pup without breaking the bank.

Have been taking my dog here for about 4 years now. I must say they treat my buddy exceptionally well and they have always been had a very friendly staff. I've had emergencies and they get you in as soon as they can..if it's an extreme emergency they would see you same day, otherwise expect the same wait as any other place in town. I used to take my dog to other places in town before I found All About Pets and have only been to them since. If you havnt been here I would recommend you give them a try. Your pets will thank you, and so will your wallet.

I take my dog and two cats here and have only had positive experiences. The staff is genuine and welcoming and my pets like them. I like that the cat and dog waiting rooms are separate. This place is also affordable and conveniently located.

Been using this veterinarian for a few years. Have had great expieriences. Staff overall is very friendly and cooperative to your needs. It does not take to long to make an appointment. They are available on weekends for emergencies. I have a cat that is diabetic and they make sure to keep whatever he needs in stock in case I forget to order something before he runs out. Everything is fairly priced.

I got fed up with Valley Oak and took my cat here by a friend's recommendation. She had lymphoma and was getting worse. I knew she wasn't going to last much longer but I brought her in for one last hail mary to make her better. Left her for 3 days in their care and while she was more active after I brought her home, I sadly had to bring her back to be put down. She was just too weak from the lymphoma.

The compassion and care the vets showed was incredible and I wish I knew about them sooner. When I do get another pet in the future I will be bringing them here from now on.

I have been taking in surviving cats from the Camp Fire, and the staff at All About Pets were so fantastic about helping me with them!! They were all so friendly, skilled, efficient, and most importantly caring. The squeezed us in and took care of business. I am thrilled to have them as my new vet and feel fortunate that I found them!!! Thank you!!!

Take all my pets here. They are kind and compassionate. Very understanding and never judgmental about the needs of my pets. The best part is they have never tried to hide the serious of the medical conditions that my pets have faced. They have always been up front about the cost and care.

Very good with my new puppy. They are super friendly, to people and animals which is nice. They had excellent communication and follow up. I am considering leaving my current vet of four years because they were so awesome.

Been taking my pets to Dr. Dawn for years. Knowledgeable, compassionate, caring and experienced Dr. The office staff from front office to the techs reflect her passion, take care of the pets. Greeted by friendly and helpful staff every time I go in. So grateful I found such a great office to take care of all phases of my pets life.

I have been taking my pets to All About Pets for years, they have always been so kind and personable and HELPFUL. They helped me through the process to get my dogs over sees, even did research for me on the matter. I would recommend this veterinary a hundred times over.

Have had an excellent experience with the staff and veterinarian whistle the routine check up on my 19 year old cat. They are very patient, nice, and take them time with you and your pet for whatever the need is. Great place.
