Never had an issue. Always clean .. I never do crowded days. Always do matinee during the week!! I can't say anything about weekends or night shows.

Love this theater, it's CLEAN and they have great snacks and Security!

Was very enjoyable and the staff were great...was. Social distancing even tho we were in the 🎥..my kids had fun and we enjoyed the movie and snacks with no issues...wasn't as packed as i expected, and i was very surprised about how nice and helpful the staff was...great people and staff makes the company and experience make things great

I didn't know the Hilltop Theater was open! I hadn't been in a while before COVID came. But it was good to be back there. My daughter's and I went to see The Little Mermaid. It was so good! At the concession stand we had an excellent server. I should of asked her name, so I could acknowledge the service she gave to us to her boss. The theater is still like I remembered it: very clean, everyone at entryway speaks and they have comfortable seats. We went to the first show time to avoid a crowd.

I love this theater for the DBox seats. All action movies must be seen in a DBox seat, in my humble opinion. It brings the move experience to another level. Very immersive experience. Kid friendly video arcade available. Limited tables to sit and eat at. Bathrooms are clean and accessible. There is plenty of free outdoor, uncovered parking available. Some electronic car charging stations. Staff is helpful and friendly. I wish they had more food options available on non weekends.

Clean, easy to find, large parking lot. Go enjoy yourselves.

Concessions was fast, clean, with decent movie menu choices, but still pretty pricey. Cost around $50 for 2 people to see the movie and get soda and popcorn. Seats rows alternate between reclining and having armrests that can be pulled up so you can sit closer to your neighbor. Some of the reclining seats need repair. Good sounds system, good picture quality.

The popcorn was freshly popped, and there were plenty of seats and space in the theater. So much fun watching Denzel Washington in Equalizer 3!!

Went here for the first time last Sunday, and I really appreciated the very smooth ticket purchase and entry. Seats comfortable; good sound.

5stars for the cleanliness. 2 stars for employees who clearly hated working on a Sunday morning in concessions. The popcorn person deep sighed when I said yes to butter on the popcorn question she asked and the register fella had zero personality and was pretty gruff with his vocal skills. I asked how he was and he looked at me and gave me the total. I told him to have a great day and I he just stared at me. I don't know, I wanted to assume he didn't hear me but he did. Not sure what the actual disconnect was there but I certainly didn't let it ruin the morning. His issues are not mine. But in customer service and service related positions, one should assume happiness whether real or faked is required. They missed the memo. But overall cleanliness was superb.

Location is fine, but their cafeteria is not well stocked and abit expensive

It was a quiet movie theater. The few people that were their respected others distances. The d box seats really make the whole theater rumble during action scenes. Adds more fun to the viewing. Clean and plenty of staff for help with refreshments.

Nice staff, the movie club is super convenient and well worth the price with tickets for 8.99 and 20% off all concessions, friendly staff and quick service. Love family movie nights, all staff was friendly and helpful without being overbearing. Definitely pay a visit if you'd like some normalcy!

Love it here! Quietly tucked away from other businesses and resturants. I've gone with groups and even alone. Always feel safe here. Don't listen to the negative reviews....come on out and see for yourselves. The fact that it is Richmond should not steer anyone away.....do not play in to the negative reviews.....comfy seats, awesome popcorn and a good amount of movie choices!

Went see an Awesome movie had wonderful time

Last time I actually went to a movie theater was more than 5 years ago.
Way before the Covid pandemic started.
Because I live near this theater in Richmond, it has always been my theater of choice.
Great location.
Plenty of parking.
And the design and layout looks really cool.
The theater themselves are very clean, and management always gets the latest movie technology.
This theater, is I think, more than 10 years old, but it is so impeccable maintained, that, it remains as nice and clean and cool as ever.
My only criticism is I think, they do not have IMAX, I could be wrong.
Otherwise, an outstanding cinema theater.

I missed this place since the pandemic as always place is clean and sanitize regularly. Have to say they are doing a pretty awesome job. Though, I miss the arcade. Went to see "the conjuring" great, place was not crowded at all. Overall was a clean and sanitize place. Great job!!.
