If I could give Yasumi Davis six stars, I would! She served as the mediator and advisor to my wife and me as sellers, AND to the buyers of our home. We had already secured the buyers and negotiated a price, but we needed a realtor to make sure we completed all the correct paperwork, and weren’t making any huge mistakes.
