I have had bad service at 2 other Verizon stores. I had a wath that wouldn't pair and a phone that was hot. HAMID helped me with everything and I am good to go. He went out of his was and even programed the car for me. Wonderful excelet fabulous!

I will be back to that store in Pleasant Hill. Ali Jahish A and Hameedullah A. Were very professional very understanding and very helpful. Customer service there is above and beyond. Thank you again love my new phone 😊🤙

I came in with a broken phone, total unexpected purchase and Ali was just awesome! He was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to exceed our expectations! Definitely changed the whole “cell store” and experience for us and we will only be going here.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Verizon store, and I couldn't be more impressed with the service I received. After my phone was stolen, I was feeling overwhelmed and stressed out. However, Hameedullah at the store went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and my needs were met. Not only did he stay late to assist me, but he also provided exceptional customer service. He was patient, understanding, and extremely knowledgeable about the products and services. Thanks to his help, I was able to get a new phone and get back on track. I highly recommend this Verizon store and will definitely be returning for any future needs. This is a great location. Jordan and Edward are great at their jobs. My issue took awhile and they were very patient. I appreciate their friendly attitudes as much as their knowledge of the products and problem resolution.

Ali helped me with a phone problem I was having with my SIM card. He did an excellent job.

Jordan was amazing!! He had so much trouble communicating with corporate, but he didn't give up. He finally got my phone to work. I will always go to this store if I need help with my phone.

I didn’t know about this little store but since I find out and I visited, I won’t go no where else, they give you choices and explain to you what’s the best plan for you. Very friendly environment and helpful at all times, the first time the store manager took care of me and this last time Kimberly Joy helped me out, I hope they won’t go to a different store bcus they do make you feel welcome and very comfortable. That’s my favorite store now.

Eddie and Daniel are true professionals. They spent a lot of time with me to make sure I got the right new Samsung phone to meet my needs. Eddie suggested accessories that would make using the phone easier such as a mobile Hot Spot and a wireless charger. They are both very customer oriented. Eddie was my primary salesperson I enjoyed my time with him and would recommend this Verizon store
