Barbour Painting just finished painting our house. The price was very fair when compared to the other 4 quotes I received. Rodger took the time to explain our options carefully and in an understandable way. Chris, our project manager, was extremely responsive to questions and requests. He kept his team of workers engaged and on track. We were amazed how professionally the job got done. Aaron, the business owner, took the time to stop by and visit with us and make sure we were happy with the work. For us it was an outstanding experience from beginning to end. We placed a call to Barbour Painting and the next day Aaron came out to look over the exterior of our home. He took thorough photos and was able to get a quote to us within a couple of days. We interviewed five exterior paint companies and decided on Barbour Painting. Their quote was priced fair, and extensively detailed. Being in the service industry ourselves we appreciated the paint proposals detail.
We are so glad we went with Barbour Painting. We absolutely love the finished project. Our house looks great. We’ve received so many compliments from neighbors. The overall experience was very positive. We provided Aaron our color choices and sheen preferences. Aaron got back to us and recommended we change the sheen on the body and trim. His suggestions were based on his experience with homes that had the same type of siding as ours. We are so glad we listened to him.
The painters showed up on time and on the day we were told. Everyday they were here bright and early. They were very professional and we were able to confirm each day what part of the project they would be working on.
One very important part of the project for us was our front door. The door had previously been painted by the door company. The finish was like glass. We were hoping to get the same result, and we did! It’s so beautiful. They did a great job replacing a few of the boards on the house that had wood rot. They also replaced some wood and painted our deck railing. When the project was over the clean up was done and it was great.
We highly recommended Barbour Painting. We are so happy we chose them. Now to landscaping!

Barbour Painting - We had a wonderful experience with both an whole house exterior painting project, followed by an interior house painting project... room walls, ceilings, kitchen cabinets, etc. Their team arrived as expected and professionally prep'ed the house for each project and then completed all the steps on time. Everything turned out fantastic. Lots of communication prior to starting and during the projects. Very professional company. We were very satisfied.

After reviewing 6 different painter proposals we selected Barbour and are very glad we did. Their pricing was pretty much right in the middle of the 6 estimates so that was not that much of a deciding factor.

Where they shined was in meeting Rodger Barbour. His presentation was very reassuring of the job, I was looking to have done. He went into detail about all the different surfaces around the house and what his company would do to remedy my concerns.

The crew we had working on the house was great, from project management, (Chis) to the painters Jose, Claudio and Martin. They moved thing away from the house that needed moved. Anything that needed to be covered in my opinion was done as if i did it myself. Was there final touch-ups yes, they ere done with the same care as they had shown at the beginning of the job. I could go on and on but really need to get outside and do yard work.

I called Barbour Painting to replace some rotten exterior door trim and to paint some exterior doors and trim.

The Barbour Painting crews at my house were friendly, professional, clean, and punctual. Everything they repaired and painted looks great.

They stuck to the quote and were easy to work with, even though I needed to reschedule the project numerous times.

I am very pleased with Barbour, and will certainly use them again.

Barbour Painting did an excellent job painting the exterior of my 2 story house on a hill. It was a big job. The quality of the work is excellent, and the painters worked efficiently. They were friendly and considerate for things like checking which windows they might leave covered over the weekend.

The project manager (Chris) also put a lot of work into identifying a cost-reasonable, low waste method for covering the undersides of my eaves, which had significant woodpecker damage. He was very prompt in following up on my questions and provided good advice and information.

I am very pleased with the work and highly recommend them to others.

The Barbour Painters crew were quick and efficient in painting the exterior of my house in January 2024. They were meticulous in prepping - moving items away from the home, caulking, sanding, covering plants and hardscape, fixing wood damage, etc. I worked with their project manager, Chris Sologaistoa, and he would pop by to check on the progress and always made sure I was satisfied with everything. The house looks great and I have gotten many compliments. Would I use them again? I did! I just had them paint two bathrooms and they turned out great.

This company, starting with the owners, ands their team are top notch. They just finished repainting the exterior of our 112 year old shingle home and it looks stunning. Not only was the communication flawless, but the quality of the work is fantastic. Chris the project manager made himself available whenever we had questions, without delay, and ensured we were always on the same page. His team paid attention to every detail and were extremely professional. And they left the site clean everyday! They exceeded our expectations and we couldn't be more pleased with the result, and the process which Chris made easy. I recommend them highly and will not hesitate to engage them again for interior painting.

Can I give 10 Stars?!! I would if I could.
When I did the walk through this morning with Chris, everything was exactly like it should be, but better. The team was infinitely polite, always cleaning up at the end of each work day, arriving bright and early the next day. They were very diligent and the most precise painters I have ever seen.

Every step of the way, from the colorist to the carpenter repairing the shakes and dry rot and the paint team, everyone was attentive and incredibly kind.

Everything looks brand new! Not bad for a house built in the mid-70’s!

Proof positive that paying attention to online reviews can pay big dividends. I was in search of a painting company to repaint one of our bedrooms and the interior of a large concrete cellar that we’ve been using for storage. Based on the various online review sites, I found several great local candidates to provide quotes. Three different firms set appointments to inspect and quote on the work that needed to be done. All three were professional and responsive. However, the stand-out was Barbour Painting – not because of price, as they weren’t the lowest bid, but rather because of their approach to doing business. It didn’t matter that my job was smaller than most. What did matter to me was that the whole team treated my project and home as if it were their own. The attention to detail and extra effort was apparent from the beginning to the completion of the job & clean-up. Their advice and direction on things like the differences in paint grades; the effort to properly seal the cracks in the concrete; as well as the extra effort to take the time and the extra steps to deliver a fabulous result were all unexpected. They made accommodations when the weather took a very wet turn and the work dates needed to be moved around. They beat their own time estimate and finished a full half day ahead of schedule – but not before inspecting and re-inspecting their work to guarantee the best work I’ve seen. Kudos to the Team – from Rodger on the inspection/quote and follow-up, to the onsite team of Chris, Lucero and Patricia, to Alonso who handled all the scheduling and paperwork. We are extremely satisfied and highly recommend Barbour Painting to our friends, neighbors and to those reading this review.

We have a newborn who has challenging napping schedule during the day, and the Barbour team worked with us around his napping schedule to minimize noise. Their team did great work but also was very attentive to our specific needs on noise and scheduling.
