I absolutely love this place and these people. Always incredibly helpful and willing to go out of their way to make a positive experience. I bought a gravel bike and full equipment from them. I will always buy a bike from the store vs online. You’ll be happier with that approach long term.

The service is amazing and the staff are kind and helpful. Marcus is very experienced and guided me with patience to find exactly what I needed. Sam is always smiling and goes beyond to get the customers what they need. I’m really happy and grateful to have this store with such amazing staff in the neighborhood.

The store and specially service department team is always great help. They have done multiple repairs and upgrades to my bike and it always comes out 10 stars.

Very nice and knowledgeable staff. Was not a huge Trek brand fan until I met these guys. I still love the dirty/cluttered old school bike shops in the area but happy to have the trek shop in town. They know their stuff and are very knowledgeable about what they sell. Prices are in line with other shops in the area. Check them out, you will be happy.

Matthew provided great insight about the various models and sizes. Once I made my decision, he tracked down the only one in the country and handled all the logistics to get it into my hands. Lovin' my new Trek bike - Thanks to the awesome customer service from Scott and Gloria at Trek in Alamo! They were friendly and helpful, being my first bike purchase. The bike I wanted was initially out of stock but Scott took down my info and luckily the following month an extra bike came in and he remembered to call me. They took the time to outfit my bike and made sure I had everything I needed including a helmet to happily ride it home. Highly recommend this location!

Matt and his team do an exceptional job to produce the best outcome for their customers. Technically I have found them to be extremely knowledgeable and helpful on questions and issues. Their service department is professional and delivers high quality in a timely manner. I use them for all of my bikes. The staff's passion for cycling really shows and to top it off, they are just really nice people. I have enjoyed getting to know some of the staff by participating in fun social rides and attending store workshops. Trek does a great job in giving back and being active in the community. Whether you are new to cycling or an avid cyclist, I would highly recommend Trek Alamo.

The staff at Trek Alamo are genuinely connected to the cycling community. They care deeply about the quality of their customer's cycling lives and experiences. If you have a problem with your bike, regardless if it's big or small, they will handle it with the utmost consideration and patience. I feel very lucky to have this shop in my neighborhood and community. I'm also proud how they are involved in all of the local events that support cyclists and cycling.

I brought my new non-Trek brand mountain bike in to fix a brake issue. The technician found that the brake lever was defective and would not pass fluid. He contacted the brake manufacturer, filed a warranty claim, and got them to send a new brake lever. My bike is now back on the trail with perfectly functioning brakes. I was very impressed that the technician handled the entire warranty claim process and kept me informed via email every step of the way. I will definitely be bringing all my bikes here for service in the future. Thank you.

Best Trek dealer and service center in the Bay Area.

The Trek shop in Alamo, CA was very accommodating when I needed some repairs done. They got my bike fixed within a couple of days and it is working great! Excellent customer service and a good value. Great bike shop!

Exceptional service! Professional, straight to the point, done well and fast. I had my bike on a walk-in solved in 15 minutes (adding sealant in tubeless tires which were losing some air). Matthew was not only very knowledgeable, also courteous, explained all steps he did and did I mention fast? Super fast actually! Thank you guys, happy to know we have such a good bike store in Alamo!
