Harlan Griswold is absolutely wonderful to work with! He used his expertise skills to list my home at just the right price. We were in contract right after the open house, at asking price! He navigated hiccups in the process with ease and kept the process on track. We closed in less than 30 days! He was always available and quick to respond to my questions.
