This place always has great selection and prices. I love how items listed on website are always in stock, and the spacious open ambiance in the store space itself.

People are always friendly, but I was moved now to place this review by my experience there yesterday with Joseph P. I was amazed at his product knowledge - he knows more about more of their product line than anybody else I've spoken with there. He was also very friendly and enthusiastic about the products, took his time to explain brands and strains - did not rush me. He also had some great recommendations for me! This experience yesterday was much appreciated, and I hope he will be there to help me out on future visits. Big thumbs up!

Great selection and a very friendly staff. Now that I've gotten familiar with this location and the products there, I can really say that MONDAYS are my favorite. I just LOVE STIIIZY Mondays!!! They also have weekly deals and monthly editions as well.

First time in this establishment (first time back in CA in seven years!) and everyone was welcoming, knowledgeable, and professional. Steven got me exactly what I needed but didn’t know what to even ask for. Excellent products at great prices with daily specials. All y’all are awesome from security to check in to customer service! Definitely going back here every time I visit this area.

Katherine was great. Super friendly. Also not sure his name but the dude who gave me a lighter out of his own pocket is the real MVP. Was willing to buy one but they sold out. Thanks my guy

I ordered some Mary’s Traditional patches online. The process was smooth and the price was great. When I arrived at the beginning of the time window I selected, Courtney had my order complete and ready to go- with a smile! Thank you! Great experience.

I came in needing a gift for my husband's birthday. I toured the floor with Joseph and asked many questions. Once I had everything I wanted, he rang me up and we literally had to re-organize and switch some stuff out because there was a CA legal limit to how much I could buy in one day. He even took his time finding me the right colored packaging/theme I was going for. He was never impatient, I never felt rushed even though I was there for quite a while sorting out exactly what I wanted to purchase. All in all, he was very helpful!!! I had a great experience here and feel comfortable coming back. They have weekly deals and freebies.

Sophia was very knowledgeable very friendly approachable and did not rush me made me feel like an actual friend. Exceptional customer service. I ended up getting the Cam's brand which never disappoints me the actual name of it is permanent marker and it looks and smells fabulous can't wait to get lit lol.

I’ve seen this place when I had brunch in that same plaza and the line was super long! I came in early (9:30am) and no one was there except for me and the employees. I feel more comfortable browsing without a crowd. Katherine was amazing! Grabbed everything that I needed and came out with some options when they were out of stock of specific edibles. Little did she know, I’ve used some of the options that she recommended. Was in and out in 15 minutes. I would definitely recommend and I’ll be coming back.

Steven was who helped me. Gave me a great recommendation and helped me find the best deal for me. Nugg has everything at great prices!

Always have well priced good selection. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable and definitely know how to walk you through your experience so you can get something just right for you.

Kathrine was so supportive and patient as I dealt with a banking crisis at their ATM. She assured me everything was going to be OK and I wouldn’t leave with a wilted ego. After a lot of trial and error and consoling by Katherine.. I was able to get my cash and grass!

The person that helped me was very knowledgeable and she told me about the app so i could start earning points.i really appreciate her services.

Katherine was our budtender. She was super sweet, extremely helpful. We came from Nevada & it’s people like her that would make us want to come back!

They were out of the flower that I wanted and Courtney was able to recommend me something that was much better for about the same price so I left very happy.

Best of all, if you need help, there are always great helpful staff, like Jacob who helped me today; I swear Nug should share their hiring brilliance with other companies because even at the busiest of times, the staff are always terrific.
