I really like Dr Christopher Lee. He is a wonderful acupuncturist. I wish acupuncture department was not short-staffed so I could come see him more. The appointments are like gold because you could hardly get in but well worth it when you do

The sleep lab workers have been very positive & friendly, on the phone with me and in person. It was easy to check in and receive the sleep test equipment to take home. Returning equipment the next day was also smooth, just dropping it in the blue "mail" type boxes directly from my car was convenient. I received a phone call the next day with my results and they had already booked me an appointment with a respiratory therapist :)

He was extremely helpful. We discussed my options and he answered all my questions! He was very personable and seemed concerned about me as a person. He also invited me to text him with any follow up issues or questions I had via Kaiser online.

Dr was very nice . Checked numerous places on my arms, legs and torso. Seemed to be extremely knowledgeable. His comments were clear and understandable

Dr. Hsu is a good provider who takes individual cases into consideration. We're currently doing perineural shots and I've found the process very easy, as he always gives me the opportunity to assess how well they worked before I leave the office.

Appointments are on time, staff are good, and i really like the whole care team. That includes their Psych, Pharmacist, and Physical Therapy practitioners as well. They all stay in the loop and are willing to try different approaches to my complicated condition.

PT Anna Dombrowski is great. She is knowledgeable, listens, explains the process, what is going on, the cause and effect of diverse body postures and remedies that will alleviate the pain. She also provides resources and practical tips that the patient can practice to feel better.

Dr. Song is knowledgeable, informative, proactive, interactive and comforting in his professional manner. He is also receptive and open in the holistic 360 approach to my care and well being. I have a strong and persistent personality and Dr. Song easily shapes his guidance and influence with consideration to my input. He is efficient and direct while maintaining compassion. Dr. Song is NOT ego-centric and will quickly refer me to other care and input for additional consideration when necessary.

Dr. Sera and her staff have always listened to me and given proper advice and instructions. Dr. Sera is kind and I would recommend her to anyone dealing with on the job injuries. Some people complain about Kaiser but I always have positive things to say about Kaisers staff. Thank you

I feel Dr. Alexander treats me like a brother or family member. He cares. He listens carefully, remembers details, restates my concerns accurately, and fully discusses and clearly explains my options to me. Very responsive. Everything you'd want in a doctor.

Everyone was extremely helpful, especially Dr. Wu. She made me feel very comfortable. She explained to me step by step the procedure she was performing. She is one of the best doctors I've ever had. Thank you, Dr. Wu.

They helped me address not only exercises and stretches for my new knee, but talked about leg length difference, back issues and continuing walker to work on a smooth gait during recovery rather than cane.

My appointment was to scrape away a small skin cancer. I arrived a few minutes early and was seated only a couple of minutes before being called into the office. Dr. Dizon's assistant, Jessica Joy, got me settled in the office and verified the reason for the visit. She added that the doctor was with one patient and would be with me next. A couple of minutes later, Dr. Dizon came in. Both he and his assistant were very informative about what to expect and so pleasant. The procedure took just a few minutes, and they were very explicit on how to care for the small wound and supplied the appropriate bandages and ointment for me to use in my follow-up care. Also, I had a question about a topical medication he had prescribed, and Dr. Dizon took time to make sure I understood how to use it appropriately. What a skilled and pleasant team!

Kwaku is always upbeat and makes me feel positive about my progress. He is very easy to understand when I have new instructions. I’ve gone to physical therapy at other places and felt rushed. Kwaku never rushes his instructions

I was provided friendly, caring and interested service during my appointment. The Physical Therapist really listened to me and based my therapy accordingly.

I felt immediate improvement. My pain did not keep me awake last night. Kristen was professional, friendly and very talented.

Very helpful staff. Dr. Click (in Derm) is the best ever (knowledgeable and friendly). He has cared for all of my skin issues, including psoriasis and 3 different basal and squamous cell skin cancers.

On the day of my visit to Dermatology, I also brought my reading glasses to the Optical Sales Dept. I had mistakenly stepped on my reading glasses and the metal frame was totally mangled. The optician said it was probably bent beyond repair; but he would try. After my Dermatology visit, I returned to Optical and found my reading glasses looking as good as the day I purchased them (10 years earlier).

What a great place

Dr. Holmes is very skilled and experienced in what she does. She is clear about what she is doing and I've had positive results from my visits and treatment with her. Kristi is friendly and always pleasant during our visits, I appreciate that!

I was way late because I woke up late and GPS sent me to the Vet down the street. However, I was still determined to still find my way there because my appointment couldn't be cancelled or rescheduled. The receptionist, NP, techs were all so friendly and took me in. They assured me that all will be fine. The tech even took me to the next building for my next appointment. They contacted them and arranged things for me since I was late for that one too. Thank you Kaiser!

Dr. Ojha has been my doctor for 10 years, she is not only a great doctor, but she is a healer as in, she cares personally about her patients, and don't treat them as another number. I can't speak enough about Dr. Ojha because there is no space here to write everything down. She and her staff, specially Amanda are like my family. Please forward my gratitude to them formally if you can. Thanks again for all the care they provide.
