It's rare I give 5 stars. But this place is an undiscovered gem. From the moment we enter, Sammy greeted us. His bubbling personality is visible in the quality and flavor of his dishes and smoothies. He knows his regulars by name. He is open to making food the way YOU would enjoy it. He does not rush 1st timers and provides suggestions. His smoothies are legit the best. Do not be fooled by the name, this IS for everyone. MMG_ANTIOCH.

Love this place! I come here so much I have to take breaks so they don’t get tired of me!! LOL their meal plans are the best deal around town for busy people like myself. At $8 a meal, no matter what plan, I find myself saving tons of money and time! And talk about making you feel welcome, all the staff are amazing. Sammy is the owner and remembers you by name. I will always recommend this place !

I’ve only ordered here twice but both times were above outstanding and met/exceeded my expectations. I’m not big on writing reviews but I rarely experience service this well and the food was great too. They have so many options, reasonable prices and I feel more comfortable knowing that I’m eating food that benefits my body unlike McDonald’s or Wendy’s :)

Alright where to start? lol searched low carb and this was one of the selections. Checked out their menu and decided to give it a try. I ordered the Rocky Balboa Wrap and the Honey BBQ Wrap. I order 2 because i assumed they would be small and 1 wouldnt fill me up. Oh was I wrong! These wraps are the size of a super burrito! I ate the Hone BBQ Wrap and saved the other for later. I was stuffed! The flavors were amazing! Ive had a lot of different low carb options but none as good as this. I think I found my new door dash favorite!

I have significant dietary restrictions and this place hot the spot and was very accommodating. Doesn't hurt that the food was fresh and tasted awesome as well. I will definitely be back every time I drive out this way.

This place is not only delicious but has great customer service as well. Personally I had a turkey meatball spinach wrap and it was very delicious. My friends and I come after the gym because it’s a perfect cool down with healthy food. While you’re here you must try Sammi’s Smoothie! It was very delicious!

Had a couple events that I needed catered - a colleague and I were providing lunch to 50 front-line workers and first responders. Samir was SUPER excited to work with us and provided an extensive array of options to us. Both times Samir made the entire process really easy. His team at the restaurant are also amazingly helpful. You can tell they care about providing great and healthy food. Thank you, Samir and team!

I do a lot of driving so if I want a hot meal I need to eat out. The Options here are refreshingly health conscious, taste home made and reasonably priced. The manager/owner is the friendliest guy you'll meet and will bend over backwards to make sure you're getting what you want. With warm weather the smoothies are delicious. I look forward to being in the area around lunchtime as this place is my go-to.

This is a little gem tucked away among other shops. The owner and staff are wonderful very friendly. Their food is fantastic. The smoothies are amazing.

We had the El Mexican bowl amazing, the Rocky Wrap amazing, my picky eating boy ate a classic burger and ate it, and our daughter had the California Club and lived it. The meat in the burger was fresh, the chicken was quality. All around great food. I don't Norma review places, but I really like this place. I'll be back.

Come here pretty frequently, the food is fairly priced, the portions are solid, and everything tastes great. I love the El Mexicana bowl with added turkey bacon personally. The owner Sammi is also super friendly and if you’re lucky he’s trying out some new smoothie and he’ll give you a sample.
