Lucky

Very clean and bright atmosphere. All staff were helpful and the store manager seemed like a great person to work with. I was just traveling through and searching for a specific flavor of ghost energy drink. The store has ghost energy especially in the sour patch flavors.

This store is easy to shop and the employees are very knowledgeable of what they carry and the location of it.

Lucky recently spent a lot of money to do a remodel. The store is beautiful. Many new coolers and freezers. As soon as I learn to read their great signage, I'll be able to quit asking for help finding the things I'm looking for. Many products have expanded shelf space now, which must help them in keeping things better stocked . I noticed yesterday that there are codes on each aisle that the person sweeping scans as they sweep. I feel this is a great way for the store to protect themselves from fake slip/fall claims. I've talked to the store manager, who is on the floor a lot of the time. He is very open to spend some time with customers.

I was a retail manager for over forty years and am impressed by what I'm seeing at this store.

I'm starting to see many out of stocks in the store the last few times I've been there. Also long lines. Short lines were part of the reason i started shopping there many years ago. I still love the people that work there. I also like the fact that they have a developmentally disabled guy working there. When I was in retail hardware, I always had room to hire disabled people. Its great to see them learn their job and hopefully advance in the company as far as assigned duties.

Friendly checkers and helpful people working around store. I am happy I can shop here full time now. Deli Chickens are better than Concord store; good sandwiches. Lucky’s has done a good job of keeping things I need on the shelf during Pandemic and I appreciate that. I wish this Lucky’s would get the fresh OJ machine like Concord has at the entrance to their store. Could use more fresh juice period (maybe I’m missing it) in Antioch. Thank you Lucky’s and all who work there.🙏✌

Update: Another five star visit today in March 2022. I appreciate this store and all who work there. There is enough space to shop and park comfortably. Check app for deals. Thank you Lucky’s 🥰

Shop like every other day look for the bagger fonzi that's my partnuh o ya choc cinnamon rolls go so hard.....yum yum........o ya a moochi by the checkstands. If u don't know u better get up on my level chewy ice cream blood...... its cookies...

I don't always take pictures, but they have very nice customer service and I love their selection. They also keep their store pretty neat, I love Lucky.

The Store has what I need, clean, all courteous. Dennis the Manager there is a Fantastic person to deal with ,always takes time out to make things right and enjoyable. He gets the job done and goes all out for his customers. Thank you Lucky's 👌 Five star rating. 🌟

Good supermarket, nice staff.

I love this store! It was pretty busy but the aisles were clean, shelves were stocked, no carts scattered in parking lot. Lines were short, clerks were helpful.

I was at Lucky store at Contra Loma Blvd, 04/12, going on every aisle looking for a pimiento cheeseand couldn't find it . This lady heard me talking to a friend, approached me and said she'll look for it. She didn't want me to go all the way to the other end and they're out of it. So I stayed in line to pay. She didn't find one, all I need was one jar of pimiento cheese spread. Then she rushed off to the other end of store and found one...yay !! I forgot to ask her name to tell her manager how so very helpful she was. My friend said she's the nicest manager at the store always very helpful. She's tall, slim, blond, and very friendly. Thank you, nice lady ! I told her that on my 16th birthday(1956) in the Philippines, my older sister made pimiento cheese sandwiches(miss it and her) elbow macaroni salad with mayo, pickles, diced pineapple, and diced spam, and sarsaparilla for drinks, so delicious . During my generation, it's not about the gifts or birthday cake. It's all about celebrating your special day with family and friends. Plenty of laughter, singing, and dancing. Thank you to my friend, who was a caterer, made my pimiento cheese and I made my sandwich, yummy..!!. Brought back all those precious memories of 65 yrs ago. Hurray for the pimiento spread.. ..I saw the recipe on Google, "Masters Pimiento Cheese Sandwich ".

I've always liked this Luckys even though it'll always be Savemart to me. They get long lines often, but the good thing is, they always open up more registers to keep them moving. I don't usually spend more than 10-15 minutes in line.

The cashier, Nancy H, was super nice and asked if I needed help out with the groceries. I had a coupon to buy 2 dozen eggs that were on sale. They were out of stock.

Clean and courteous staff!

I've switched from going to Raleys to Lucky's for several reasons. Better stock of items, smaller lines, lower prices and friendly staff.

I always end up getting more than what I came for... isn't that the way it always is....great store...great service... on a scale of 1 to 10...

The cashiers are extremely nice except for 1 guy I'm not sure what his name is but every time we go to his lane he seems to have some attitude towards my husband and I but other than that i always find what I'm looking for

Bought 2 for $5.00 Ice cream and 2 for $4.00 ice cream cones . Birthday cake and butter pecan ice cream cones for dessert tonite!!

Love this Lucky! The workers are very nice & friendly. And the place looks very clean! A huge plus for me.

I love this store. Most of the employees are super friendly. Erica and Katie are my favorite!
