Considering it's kinda located in Concords version of a small hood, the store is kept up very well.

The aisles are clean and the shelves are stocked and tidy. The staff don't have the look of please kill me in their eyes like you see at Raley's locations, so that's a good thing. Overall, you could shop at a far worse Safeway location than this and is definitely worth a stop.

I am Soo thrilled the store is open on Christmas Day. I don't feel well I haven't felt well all day Christmas Eve I couldn't make it to the store but I have to make a dish for Christmas and I am so excited that I can go there tomorrow at 8 a.m. yay Safeway

No matter how crowded the parking lot. No matter how busy it is. I always recieve fast, friendly, and helpful service. If mobility is an issue you can order online and a crew member will bring your groceries to your car! Can't get that kinda service anywhere else but at Safeway! My go to for black forest cake and strange cravings food items!!

I placed a pick up order on 3/23 and I order some Taylor farms mini meals to last a week, but they all had a best by date 3/23.

I went in and after waiting a bit at customer service, the manager of the pick up department noticed me and was amazing. She asked if I wanted to shop myself and replace, but I’m recovering from a sprained ankle and I told her I wouldn’t be able to.

She immediately jumped into action and an employee did my shop again, fast and effectively, and she gave me a chair to sit on.

Great selection. Well maintained to include the shelves appearing to be full. Also a friendly staff.

Today, we had two carts of groceries. We went to Damaica's line. Not only did she NOT roll her eyes or do anything to make us feel bad about the amount of items we had, she was friendly and helped me bag the items. She is a great asset to your store.

It kind of surprised me that there were two male employees that didn't offer to help her. They stood by the next register talking to each other.

Today, I went to do about 2 weeks shopping. The cashier was Tina. She was great! Friendly and helpful. The bagger however packed one bag so full that I weighed it when I got home. It was 98 pounds. Others were extremely heavy too. Back when I was in the grocery business, we were trained to bag much lighter, (35lbs). I'm 72 with a bad back and ended up straining it again. Please train your people to bag lighter.

Today, they had sodas buy 2, get 2 free. I was charged $9.99 each for all four. I'm a rewards member, but may not be much longer.

I love using my rewards points for free groceries. Free is fun.

I was able to get help with locating all except one item (no freezer or cold case hash browns available) my checkout clerk was most helpful and polite. Parking was adequate and carts were plentiful. The butcher in fish market was eager to assist me.

Went to this Safeway last night with hubby. Ide like to say this is a really awesome store! The variety of food, home run inn pizzas, with this interesting atmosphere had positive energy with happy shoppers, robust staff help up front and a nice security guard. The ladies at the self checkout were patient and quite helpful to us we haven't seen this kind of customer service for some time! Thank you for making our shopping experience pleasant and the many foods with multiple long isles were great! Your plastic bags are strong too thanks again 😊👍

This Safeway had so many quality choices, and so much more options because of it's large size and it's location. It was clean and friendly, and the bread choices at the bakery were most excellent

Open until 12am. A friendly & professional cashier can make a late night run, not so bad. Especially, when you are just ready to be at home in the bed.. Thanks for your fast, efficient and friendly service Jennifer. You Rock!

Absolutely my new GO TO! Tired of Starbucks? Try Dutch Brothers! I can't believe I used the excuse of "the line of cars is always too long" from checking them out! The lines move quickly, they have 2 employees outside taking your order from your vehicle, you can pay right there (card only), but if cash is king for you, then you can do so at the pickup window. If youd prefer to stretch your legs a but, they do have parking spots and you can walk-up to another window and place your order in person, and there are two tables and seating for patrons to use. The staff is mostly young adults and they have all been wonderful! Please do NOT let that car line discourage you! It'll be worth it, we LOVE their lemonade options...the Eclipse is a favorite!

The staff here are some of the most kind and helpful people. The store typically has everything I need, and it even has a Starbucks located inside. Great place to do your shopping although I do advise sticking to items that are on sale as other items can sometimes cost a bit more than other stores.

I was at Safeway tonight grocery shopping. So from the Start to finish I was very satisfied with my shopping experience. I never usually request help or ask for assistance. Safeway is always the best! Perfect produce. I don't think any other store is better. Clean. Helpful and polite service unlike anywhere these days.
