Raley's

Really nice homie store but there's no self-checkout and the lines do get pretty long sometimes and there's only like three or four checkers. They have the best blueberry and strawberry croissants in the bakery they drizzle white chocolate on top and they have the best cooked salmon in the deli section. Downside is there's not a huge section of fruits and vegetables also the bathrooms are paying cuz you have to push a button and wait for someone to come and buzz you in and sometimes nobody comes and bathrooms are not that clean

Great inventory. They usually have everything I'm looking for and their selection is good. The bakery makes awesome cakes...tiramisu is better than every other store bought I've tried. The store is clean and well organized. Lastly, the staff is kind and helpful.

Expensive. But you're paying for the ambiance. Great selection of fresh, and sometimes rare finds. I forgot to get my cash back from the deli and got it the next day with no issue. Store was clean. Employees were friendly and helpful. Total gem!!

Love Raleys produce it's fresh, ripe along with being sweet. The store is clean and the staff for the most part are great. I especially like the freshly made deli sandwiches!

I go here because of my bank, but I have never been disappointed by service or the staff here! They may be a small store but they have high end merchandise. The deli and bakery have mouthwatering selections. That's BBQ chicken quarters with two sides for a measley $8.99. The lady was thoughtful enough to separate the sides in other containers for reheating purposes. That is service!!

Rob asst manager was very helpful and Shae the bagger was excellent in physically helping me! I am disable and use the electric cart! I love shopping at all Raleys in my area Susan Hicks

Best service in town. I'm in my forties and I've been coming here since I was a child and they have great produce sometimes times its produce from around the area so it doesn't go see the thousands of hands. Their selection of meat is good and their staff is wonderful every single person that works there has a smile and is always happy even if people are shoplifting there still have a smile on that face they might be mad but they don't show it have a good day my Raley's friends

I really like the employees. They are very helpful. Don and Chrissie always help me find the cut of meat or fish, Martin helps me find the perfect produce, Chennerie (and I know I have misspelled her name) in the deli is most helpful, and Marcus helps me bag my groceries and when I am feeling poorly, helps me load the bags in my trunk. The employees make my grocery shopping a pleasant experience!

They have so many healthy options and tons of fresh produce. Tons of brands to choose from.

Been an Antioch Staple my whole life. My mom used to look forward to talking with a checker named Glenda when I was a kid. Still a small town vibe today. Using their delivery service is totally different then the rest. At other stores if they don't have something they automatically pick something "similar" which usually isn't similar or close to something you would want even if you choose "do not substitute" (I'm looking at you Safeway) I ordered some groceries and the next day I got a phone call and the lady left a message when I didn't answer because I didn't know the number. I called back and she picked up. Told me she was getting my items but she was sorry they were out of A&W cream soda. She asjed me if i'd like something else or a credit back for the item. I told her I was impressed she even called and gave me a choice and how other places just give you something else without asking. She said "why would I do that? I don't know what you might want or if you even want anything else." She sat on the phone with me and looked all over the store for another type of cream soda or a different size of a&w like a 2 liter. I mean it when I say all over the store. Like 2 different cold drink coolers and different aisles they might be on. Then she went and checked in the back all while explaining what she was doing, what she was finding, and eventually she just apologized and told me she couldn't find anything else we had thought of. I asked her if they had another type of sods and she found one and put it in the order and never once sounded put off or in a hurry and even said she was sorry again before hanging up and saying she would try and make sure they had some ordered for next time. In 2022 in a city if over 100k people and this store is still going above and beyond to make you feel like you are important and valued. Way to go Raley's you have a customer for life.

I used to love Raleys Tuscan Salad from the deli but lately it hasn't been the same. The pasta has been slimy. The cheese and roasted red peppers have been bland and flavorless and the dressing is not as thick and creamy as it should be. It has been thin and oily. I don't know who makes these or if they are made on-site or shipped from another location but, whoever it is should be FIRED! PLEASE make these the way they SHOULD be made. I will no longer buy them until they are prepared correctly.

I shopped here all the time because I'm an instacart shopper, and the people in this store are very friendly. They have an excellent selection of groceries, and they're usually well-stocked. Like all raley's they're not the cheapest but you can get a bang for your buck on certain items.

I rarely come here to actually shop - I just happen to bank with the bank they have in their lobby. But, the store is always clean, the staff is incredibly friendly and has been super helpful the few times I actually have needed assistance, and it always smells absolutely delicious! I'm not sure what it is, but there is always an incredible smell throughout the store. As far as grocery stores go, Raley's tends to be on the more expensive side, but, you get what you pay for - helpful, friendly staff in a warm, welcoming atmosphere.

Loving the e-cart grocery pick up. Only downside is it takes 5 days to get your order and some items are gone by then. Other than that not having to go inside and shop for myself right now is wonderful. So scared of the whole COVID-19 thing to be in there for long periods of time. What is out of stock I can make a quick trip there or another store for just those items and be in and out asap.
