Dave Brubeck Park

Loved it. It was quiet to begin with when we got there but started to pick up as the day went on. There is playground equipment enough grassy space to run around, a stage with hookup outlets locked in a box. Picnic tables and barbeque equipment as well as a water fountain. I enjoyed it thoroughly. So did my kids. It was a fun day out.

So iconic!! Not too crowded alot of lawn space, Beatiful trees and alot of shade.
BBQ pits with benchs.
Let's not forget a play structure for the kids.

This park is a great pocket of fun. It is on a main road but the play area is back off the road. Great area for playing around. Throwing a frisbee or even flying a kite. Lots of good areas for shad. Not a lot of tables so they tend to go early for birthday parties.

Fun park & playground. There are several concrete picnic tables available, plus metal benches & lots of shade! There are swings, climbing structure, slides & play structure more for smaller kids, but still fun & there are what my son called "spinning cups" that are A LOT of fun! Rolling grassy hills for flying kites, lounging in the sun, or playing with your pup!

Good amount of shade, safe, not crowded (like Heather Farm) and cleaner than half the other parks in Concord. The only down side is the lack of dedicated parking. I am more concerned for the surrounding neighborhood than anything else. We love the park for our little ones, which matters more than anything else.

A hidden gem. It's easy to miss this beautiful, medium-sized park if you're not looking for it. Though it's right next door to Concord High School, very few people use the park, so on a typical day you're likely to have it all to yourself.

What a cute and clean park. My grandson had a blast! Great mix of things to play on. Even for a one year old!

This is home and where I grew up... It was Concord Boulevard Neighborhood Park and and we called it Hood Park and still belong to the Hoods a group of Low Riders that always hung out there and every Labor Day we have had a Hood Reunion but not this year because of the virus... Now alot of us the grew up in the neighborhood go to it... It is like a family reunion... 😎😎😎😎😎

This is our kids favorite park. Not really busy. Parking is challenging. You.might have to park across the street on mendicino.

Needs more tables , bathrooms open 8 so if you go early plan accord to it nice to jog .

Right now there's a barrier alive the playground, but obviously it's been quite ignored and trampled. Didn't bother me, this park is fantastic

A perfect venue for battle of the marching bands! There is a lot of big shady trees and grass to relax on.

Nice park to get a short run in, for those of us who like a little shade when jogging.👍
