Asia is not a continent. She’s a sales person at Red Wing in Concord, CA. And she’s good at it. My purchase experience at Red Wing Concord was quick and painless thanks to her. I go to Red Wing every year sometimes more than once a year. I only wear Red Wing safety shoes for work(close to 40 years). Quality, style and comfort remain consistent through the decades. They are sturdy, reliable and comfortable. And of course like any Red Wing store this one did not disappoint. And Asia just made it more better.

Very friendly and helpful staff highly recommend going to this store for work boots, hunting boots, or just a good pair of boots or shoes that last. They even have a foot mapping machine and can suggest different insoles for the shoes u r getting

f you're shopping for exceptional boots and exceptional service Redwing is where they're at. I was helped by Ronda and Asia who were incredibly patient, professional, and completely confident in the product that they sell. I got my first pair of Iron Rangers 8085 about a month ago and couldn't be happier. From the fit (after break in which is brutal), to the looks, to the stellar construction there is no box left unchecked. My brother also got fitted with a pair of boots but that didn't work out so I took the plunge and bought a second pair of Iron Rangers 8084 which I'm breaking in now. Thank you to the staff, and thank you Redwing - my new go to for anything boot related!

I haven’t shopped at a Red Wing store in sometime. I got wonderful assistance from Asia. I like how they measure your feet and give you so many options. Definitely not the cheapest place to buy shoes but hopefully they will help me with my bad foot. I know they make a quality shoe. It’s so hard to find a place that will give you that level of service when buying shoes. The store is very clean and professional.

Walked in, assisted by Nancy. Picked my 2 options. Measured my feet and shown stress points on my walk. Made my choice, did not take the insert. Out the door within 20 minutes. Happy customer.

Staff were great taking me patiently through styles and sizes. Really underscores the value of store assistance instead of the online experience.

Didn't end up buying any shoes, but I gotta say, the customer service here was beyond fantastic. The lady who worked the week afternoon shift helped fit me, brought out shoes for me to try on, etc, even though I was pretty sure I wasn't buying that day. And she did it all with a smile and very respectful. Nice experience:)

The staff member who assisted me was extremely helpful, willing and knowldgeable. This store was neat and clean and had my size available even tho Im a basic 8. If u need true workboots that are not from WalMart, check it out at this location in Concord. Note: This location is waaaay better than the Emeryville location
