I've been going to West County Health Center for around 15 years and have had nothing but good experiences here. I am a health care worker myself (not here), so I know to take it for what it is... a county facility. Still, i have had great experiences with all of the health care workers, including in the dentistry department. My primary care doctor is the best I've ever had, and so attentive to my needs. Any problems I've run into, for example scheduling, are common in any health plan/facility. Even during this pandemic, I've felt confident and comfortable going here.

The dentist department is a five star in my book. Good service, friendly and very punctual with apps and notifications. Very informative too.

Thank god for this place! :) Really nice and helpful staff and doctors. I've been there several times, and I can now hear out my ears again (they were plugged up). The building is nice and convenient, and everything is pretty convenient and helpful.

Some reception intake staff need better attitudes working with people seeking Healthcare!

Facility is very clean and nursing staff is very polite and professional.

Clean, friendly staff. Like all medical facilities, u have to call 2 weeks for an appointment, makes it easier to work around your schedule.
