Raley's

Clean, well stocked, feels safe, friendly staff. I am stoked that I found this place. It feels like grocery stores felt 30 years ago. That is a huge compliment.

Overall, the store is usually has what I need and in stock. The store is kept clean and is well laid out. I usually go to self check out, so I cannot really comment on the helpfulness of the staff. Great to have the APP to easily add offers to your account, or for when you need to place an online order. Also, great bakery!

Great manager, will be going back to shop there again. Just a bit less than Safeways

I like Raleys alot. I can find all the specialty foods that I want and need!

I have been shopping a little bit more at this grocery store, mostly on Mondays. Mondays is their $5 Mondays sales. I like to get in the store earlier in the morning hours because I can get through the aisles more quicker when avoiding crowds. It's a good store to shop with plenty of parking. There's always shopping carts, plenty of them. To avoid the hassle of too many people shopping carts in the way, go earlier morning like I do. Just an FYI(for your information).

I only come here for the Wells Fargo bank inside as not too many people are aware their located inside it less traffic vs. the other ones in the local area hahaha guess I gave up my secret. Please enjoy the staff their are great

The store is laid out well in the order that I like to shop though a recent reorganization took time to adjust to. There is a good balance between fresh foods, staples, and ready-made items. Checkout lines usually move fast and self-check is available. Prices and specials are friendly. Some departments like the bakery have slipped lately due to supply issues and shortage of personnel.

The meat department is very accommodating. I'm always able to get my pork chops cubed even if there's none out front. They are very helpful 🙂

Consistently good quality and fresh grocery. Very good selections of items with some unique and hard to find items. Prices can be higher for some items but there are lots of good deals and specials in different departments. Good staff with lots of friendly veteran employees, very helpful, just ask.

I almost dislike giving 5 stars. Nothing is perfect. I do have to say a very nice helpful environment . Employees have always helped me anytime I ask . I'm on crutches for the last 6 months and help means everything to me. A competitor of there's Lucky's supermarket argued about helping me get 20 pounds of sugar by myself

Lots of variety. Dependibly stocked shelves. Clean store with accessible restrooms. No bums/beggers outside. Fast service. Loved the Deli. Easy parking. Nice people. Prices just so-so unless on ad. I just wish I lived closer!

Loved the market, being new to this neighborhood I think this one is the most exhaustive grocery store I found. Meat options are limited but still sufficient. I guess this is the store I will be visiting more often since Whole Foods,Trader Joe's and Safe Way none of them are conveniently available as compared to in the San Francisco city where I have recently transplanted from!

Nice, clean, great selection. Bathrooms are clean and well stocked as are the shelves! Great lighting through out the store and always a decent amount of registers open to use and they also have a decent amount of self check outs as well and every time I have come in there has never been any line!

Love Raley’s family owned great butcher shop wonderful employees from bottom to top. Fresh Sushi station, gorgeous produce easy parking & a delightful break from bigger chains

Very surprised. Was always told they were very expensive, but not really their prices were fair with what seems to be very good choice and quality of products. Also market was helpful and clean, now I'm happy to be a customer!

Always extremely clean. Produce always seem fresh and we'll stocked. Everyone who works their have always been very polite, helpful and nice.

Ample parking, clean store, professional and polite staff... This store is great! I drive from Oakland for the pleasant experience that shopping can be. I almost don't want to review this store because it feels like a hidden treasure. As far as shopping for food goes, it's awesome

Raley's Nob Hill always has quality groceries, meat, produce, etc. It isn't the cheapest store - but it offers value. You get what you pay for. And it isn't Mollie Stone's or Whole Paycheck. The service is very good at the San Pablo store. Of course they aren't perfect. But the real test is how they handle an error. I had an issue, called up, spoke with Joe, the Store Manager. He listened, asked the right questions, quickly understood my problem, apologized, and then made it right.

That's all anyone can ask - and, these days, more than one often gets.

They have the best sandwiches other than Safeway in deli. Also their store layout is ideal which makes it so much easier not to get lost and find items faster then slower. They have a Welsfargo bank inside and their customer service is amazing.
