Let me just start with our assistant Leslie! She was so very patient and knowledgeable, being we came in at the end of day not realizing that they were about to close. She explained each and every mattress letting us roll around on all of them until we settled on one with all the bells and whistles and we couldn’t be more pleased with our purchase! Thanks again Ms. Leslie you are Top Notch Dear!

Big reason I shop at the store is Lois always gives me beyond amazing customer service! She’s one in a million! She’s super sweet, funny, patient and passionate about products she offer! I love her and trust whatever she recommends! Now I’m a big fan of your products thanks to her! Just got a cool pillow and bed sheets for my husband because he sweat a lot! Super soft and much cooler! Anyway, I’ll come again this summer buy more cooler sheets!

I have to be honest I had never even considered this type of bed or this type of investment and I wish I was in the position right now to purchase one because I certainly would I was shown wonderful options and explained everything even down to financing options which are very important I plan to make many referrals from my coworkers and when I'm ready this is definitely the place where I'll shop. Lois Lee answered our oh-so numerous questions about mattresses efficiently without any bull or false salesmanship thrown in to cajole us. Straight honest answers is what we got. We’d visited other mattress outlets and did extensive on line research, but the delightful interactions with Lois sold us on buying ours from her.

We recently bought some pillows here and have been loving them. By far the best pillows I have ever used! The buying experience was exceptional and Marina was very nice and helpful in guiding us to pick the right products for us.

Highly recommend coming here next time you're in the market for a mattress / pillow.

Marina at the Walnut Creek store is one the most friendly and professional salespersons I have had the pleasure of being served by in my life (I am 68). She described and explained the beds and products simply and clearly. She has a lot of emotional intelligence and I felt very comfortable. When I ready to buy one , she will definitely be the one I ask for!

Had a wonderful shopping experience at the Walnut Creek flagship location. Zubia Sheikh was our sales associate who provided extremely in-depth explanations regarding the different mattress models, adjustable bases, and sheet sets. She was very patient with us and allowed us to try every model multiple times before landing on our final decision. She was thorough during the checkout process to make sure that no errors were made. Overall, Zubia never made us feel uncomfortable during the shopping process. She was very kind and thorough throughout our time at the store. Definitely recommend having Zubia assist with your shopping trip at the Walnut Creek flagship store.

Marina was great and Lois had a lot of patience with my son. They both did an amazing job on showing us our options a d the different mattress they have.

What a wonderful experience from the Tempur-Pedic store in Walnut Creek. Immediately we were greeted by Zubia and she offered us waters to drink since it was hot outside. We tested out every bed in the store, multiple bases, and Zubia answered all of our questions along the way. She gave us plenty of time to test out the merchandise on our own and didn’t stick with us 100% of the time like some other mattress stores do. We spent about an hour inside the store and really took the time to lay down and get the feel and comfort. After getting a feel for every type of mattress we ended up going for a split king- luxe breeze hybrid/luxe breeze firm- and a smart base. Looking forward to a wonderful future of restful sleep. Thank you so much Zubia for being amazing, kind, and attentive to our needs. Would definitely recommend visiting this location if you’re on the fence with your purchase.

Basically, my wife and I walked into this place thinking nothing of it. Then we were greeted by an employee, Leslie, and she knew anything and everything that needs to know about Tempur Mattresses! She was super friendly, explained to us the different material, types, designs, etc, as a salesperson that works anywhere should! Walked out of there feeling 100% satisfied with the service and care she provided! Safe to say, we found EXACTLY what we were looking for and making a purchase within the month. Thank you Leslie, for making the mattress shopping experience a breeze and enjoyable experience with your upright personality and smile! P.S kind of hurt she did not back me up when me and wifey had a rock-paper-scizzor game :D

Very nice, friendly and knowledgeable staff who took extra time to explain their products to ensure I got the best product for my Mother’s needs. It was an excellent Mother’s Day gift!

I came in for pillows and Lois patiently and skillfully walked me through each of the pillow options as I tested my side sleeping position. I came away with a winner that she suggested but wasnt on my radar. We’ll be replacing our 13-year-old Tempur-pedic mattress in the next year or so and Lois also helped me find the one that I want when we’re ready to purchase it in the future. I appreciate that she didn’t try to really pressure me into purchasing the mattress today. This actually Insur I’ll come back.for it when we’re ready. I stopped in to look at getting a pillow and the staff were also able to explain the benefits of various mattress' and materials. I wasn't in the market to purchase a new mattress but when that time comes I'll certainly consider Tempur-Pedic. Good customer service
