Dr.Bueno and his team is amazing. They are very considerate, honest and genuine. They are excellent with treatment and quality of care. They are very transparent with any cost estimates. No wonder my cousins still come down to this office all the way from Santa Teresa when I recommended them. Front desk office is also very courteous and helpful. All I can say on this review is that I am one of those people who struggle to be able to relax and hold still for dentists to work on me. I am in my older years, and have had this problem for decades. In those years, I have also struggled to find a dentist who understands and can comfortably work with me. Seeing Dr Selleck here yesterday was the 1st time I have actually felt relaxed in all these years. It was the 1st visit of more to come, but the doctors understanding and approach surprised me, and calmed me down. This should be the first priority of any doctor/dentist, and it was here

I have been a patient of Dr. Jeff Bueno for the past 4-5 years and I can confidently say that he is one of the most skilled, courteous and hilarious dentists I have ever had the pleasure of visiting. Not only do I go to Dr. Bueno for my dental needs, but my entire family trusts him as our family doctor. He never recommends unnecessary procedures, which is a rarity in the dental field. His decision-making is clear and he always prioritizes what’s best for his patients’ oral health.
Moreover, I must commend Dr. Bueno’s staff for their exceptional service. They are incredibly courteous, prompt in taking action and always make the dental experience comfortable and stress-free.

This dental office is well run, very little lobby wait time, setimes right away! Fair prices, the Hygienists are polite and tyr to make you as comfortable as possible

We have been with Pacific Dental Care for years. They have been great from the service, to the staff and of course Dr. Selik who has treated my husband and I and now our 2 girls for a long time. I love that the office is accommodating especially with cleanings where myself and 2 daughters all go at the same time and are done in about an hour. They're always very timely, friendly and welcoming which makes the experience very comfortable for our girls since they were very young. The inviting nature of the office as well as the professionalism and ease of every visit we've had there makes this place A+!

Dr. Bueno, many thanks for giving back my smile! Excellent work by Pacific Dental Care between 6/7/23 and 3/21/24. I broke tooth #7 at the root. Dr. Bueno arranged for an extraction and implant by Dr. Beckley. The crown was placed by Dr. Bueno. Nicely done! Also received gentle and effective cleaning by Kenzie during this period. Our family loves Pacific Dental in Pleasanton. We’ve had 2 kids go through braces, we’ve had filings, crowns, periodontal treatment - they do it all! Kind staff that don’t “dental care shame”. Just good care and positive encouragement for future care. We’ve been going to them for almost 20 years and now our adult children choose them.

Fantastic customer service at this office. Doctor was amazing explaining the work I need to have done. Very easy to get an appointment and not much waiting in the lobby. My wife and two boys are very pleased with this office. Excellent quality of work.
If you need a dentist and do not have one yet, I strongly recommend you try this office. The doctor has gone over all my options with details, timing , and cost. Unlike other doctors, they do not rush you out and are extremely professional and kind.

Just had my extractions. Did not feel any pain at all and had no complications. Choose this place if you need dental work. This place is better than Disneyland.

I am still very happy with the outstanding customer service and dental skills by this office. Very professional, not much waiting at the front desk, and fantastic doctor. No pressure of doing any work you do not need.
